Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: KC) 2.4% LOWER; announced the commencement of the offering of 8,000,000 American depositary shares (the “ADSs”), each representing 15 ordinary shares of the Company (the “Primary ADS Offering”). In addition, several selling shareholders are offering 9,677,310 ADSs of the Company (the “Secondary ADS Offering” and, together with the Primary ADS Offering, the “ADS Offering”). Kingsoft Cloud will not receive any proceeds from the sale of ADSs by the selling shareholder.
