Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) 1.3% HIGHER; declared a quarterly dividend of $0.62 per share, or $2.48 annualized. This is a 10.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.56. The dividend will be payable on December 9, 2021, to stockholders of record on November 18, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of November 17, 2021. The annual yield on the dividend is 0.8 percent. The board of directors also approved a new share repurchase program authorizing up to $60 billion in share repurchases. The new share repurchase program, which has no expiration date, may be terminated at any time.
