(Nasdaq: MDXG) 53% LOWER; announced top-line results from two late-stage musculoskeletal clinical trials of the Companys micronized dehydrated Human Amnion Chorion Membrane (mdHACM): a Phase 2B clinical trial for the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA) and a Phase 3 clinical trial for the treatment of Plantar Fasciitis (PF).
Farmmi, Inc. (NASDAQ: FAMI) 49% LOWER; announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase ordinary shares ("Offering"), with gross proceeds to the Company expected to be approximately $81 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated expenses payable by the Company. The Offering equates to 368,261,717 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of $0.22 per share.
Itamar Medical Ltd. (Nasdaq: ITMR) 44.9% HIGHER; ZOLL Medical Corporation, an Asahi Kasei company that manufactures medical devices and related software solutions, and Itamar Medical Ltd. (Nasdaq and TASE: ITMR), a medical device and digital health company focused on the integration of sleep apnea diagnosis into the cardiac patient care pathway, today announced that the two companies signed a definitive agreement under which ZOLL Medical will acquire all outstanding ordinary shares of Itamar Medical for a total value of approximately $538 million.
Valneva SE (NASDAQ: VALN) 39% LOWER; Valneva SE and Dynavax (NASDAQ: DVAX) today announced that they have received a termination notice from the UK Government (HMG) in relation to the Supply Agreement for its COVID-19 vaccine candidate, VLA2001. The contract provides HMG with the right to terminate. HMG has alleged that the Company is in breach of its obligations under the Supply Agreement, but the Company strenuously denies this.
Leap Therapeutics, Inc.
