Trillium Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: TRIL) 42.7% HIGHER; announced that it has agreed to sell 2,297,794 of its common shares at a price of $10.88 per share to Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE), for gross proceeds of $25.0 million (the Transaction). The common shares were offered and sold to Pfizer Inc. in a registered direct offering conducted without an underwriter or placement agent. The offering is expected to close on or about September 10, 2020.

Slack (NYSE: WORK) 18% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.00, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $215.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $209.1 million. Slack sees Q3 2021 EPS of ($0.06)-($0.05), versus the consensus of ($0.05). Slack sees Q3 2021 revenue of $222-225 million, versus the consensus of $223.73 million. Slack sees FY2021 EPS of ($0.14)-($0.13), versus the consensus of ($0.16). Nautilus (NYSE: NLS) 10% HIGHER; Citron Research said it is long and set a $30 price target.

Athenex, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATNX) 9.8% LOWER; intends to offer and sell, subject to market conditions, 10,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.

Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATSG) 9% HIGHER; announced that ATSG will operate six more Boeing 767 freighters on behalf of Amazon Air (NASDAQ: AMZN) under an existing CMI (Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) agreement with ATSG’s subsidiary, Airborne Global Solutions.

lululemon athletica (NASDAQ: LULU) 6.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.74, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $902.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $842.49 million.

Phreesia Inc. (NYSE: PHR) 6.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.17), $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.13). Revenue for the quarter came in at $35 million versus the consensus estimate of $31.62 million.

Qorvo (Nasdaq: QRVO) 6% HIGHER; raises Q2 guidance

Vroom, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRM) 5.4% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock. Vroom is offering 9,000,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC).
