(NASDAQ: METX) 51% LOWER; today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase ordinary shares, with gross proceeds to the Company expected to be approximately $60 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated expenses payable by the Company. The Offering equates to 200,000,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of $0.30 per share.

Assembly Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASMB) 18.7% LOWER; announced its decision to discontinue development of ABI-H2158 (2158) following the observation of elevated ALT levels consistent with drug-induced hepatotoxicity in an ongoing Phase 2 trial.

American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE: AEO) 11.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.58, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.19 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.21 billion.

Chewy (NYSE: CHWY) 9.3% LOWER; quarterly revenue grew 26.8% year-over-year to $2.16 billion, which was slightly lower than the Street estimate of $2.17 billion. The company posted a loss of $0.04 per share, versus a loss of $0.02 per share expected by analysts.

Signet Jewelers (NYSE: SIG) 8.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $3.57, $1.95 better than the analyst estimate of $1.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.63 billion. Signet Jewelers sees FY2022 revenue of $6.8-6.95 billion, versus the consensus of $6.71 billion.

Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) 8.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.94, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $455.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $451.93 million. Veeva Systems sees Q3 2022 revenue of $464-466 million, versus the consensus of $456.94 million. Veeva Systems sees FY2022 revenue of $1.83-1.835 billion, versus the consensus of $1.82 billion.

C3.ai (NYSE: AI) 8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.37), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.28). Revenue for the quarter came in at $52.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $51.16 million. C3.ai sees Q2 2022 revenue of $56-58 million, versus the consensus of $56.1 million. C3.ai sees FY2022 revenue of $243-247 million, versus the consensus of $245.4 million.

INmune Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ: INMB) 8% HIGHER; announced that XPro™ (pegipanermin), the Company’s selective DN-TNF inhibitor candidate for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease (AD), treatment resistant depression, and other neurological diseases where neuroinflammation is implicated, has been found to decrease multiple species of Phospho Tau (pTau) and improve neuroimaging biomarkers of myelination in patients with AD.

Nikola (NASDAQ: NKLA) 6.5% HIGHER; announced agreements with the Bosch Group of companies for Nikola Class 7 and 8 fuel-cell electric vehicles (FCEV) which will enable Nikola to build the Bosch fuel-cell power modules at its Coolidge, Arizona facility.

nCino, Inc. (NASDAQ: NCNO) 6.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.02), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $66.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $63.7 million.

Lands' End (NASDAQ: LE) 6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.48, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $384.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $382.93 million. Lands' End sees Q3 2021 revenue of $390-405 million, versus the consensus of $393.5 million. Lands' End sees FY2021 revenue of $1.67-1.71 billion, versus the consensus of $1.69 billion.

MasterCraft (NASDAQ: MCFT) 5.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.98, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $0.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $155.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $142.31 million.

Greif Inc (NYSE: GEF) 5.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.93, $0.40 better than the analyst estimate of $1.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.49 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.37 billion. Greif Inc sees FY2021 EPS of $5.10-$5.30, versus the consensus of $4.63.

Semtech (NASDAQ: SMTC) 5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.65, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $185 million versus the consensus estimate of $182.55 million. Semtech sees Q3 2022 revenue of $188-198 million, versus the consensus of $189 million.

Nutanix (NASDAQ: NTNX) 4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.26), $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.42). Revenue for the quarter came in at $390.72 million versus the consensus estimate of $362.88 million.

Smith & Wesson Brands (NASDAQ: SWBI) 4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.57, $0.28 better than the analyst estimate of $1.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $274.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $278.59 million.

Culp, Inc. (NYSE: CULP) 4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.08, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $83 million versus the consensus estimate of $77.39 million.

Okta, Inc. (NASDAQ: OKTA) 2.6% LOWER; revenue grew 57% year-over-year to $316 million (vs. consensus of $296.23 million), with subscription revenue growing 59% to $303 million. The company posted non-GAAP EPS of ($0.11), beating the Street estimate of $0.35 loss per share. The company raised its Q3 and full 2022-year guidance. For Q3 it expects a loss per share to range from $0.25 to $0.24 (vs. consensus of $0.34 loss) and revenue of $325-327 million, higher than the consensus estimate of $322.93 million.

Virgin Galactic Holdings (NYSE: SPCE) 2% LOWER; FAA said it is probing the July 11 space flight with Richard Branson aboard after the flight deviated from its designed route.

Anheuser-Busch InBev (NYSE: BUD) 2% LOWER; JPMorgan downgraded from Neutral to Underweight with a price target of $57.00 (from $77.00).

Asana, Inc. (NYSE: ASAN) 1% HIGHER; reported better-than-expected Q2 results, with EPS of ($0.23), better than the analyst estimate of ($0.26). Quarterly revenue also beat the consensus estimate of $82.31 million, coming in at $89.5 million, which represents an increase of 72% year-over-year.

Sportsmans Warehouse (NASDAQ: SPWH) 1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.44, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $361.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $345.56 million.
