AC Immune SA (NASDAQ: ACIU) 74.5% HIGHER; announced that Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, has informed the Company that Lauriet, a placebo-controlled Phase 2 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of the investigational anti-tau monoclonal antibody, semorinemab, in mild-to-moderate Alzheimer’s disease (AD), met one of its co-primary endpoints, ADAS-Cog11. The second co-primary endpoint, ADCS-ADL, was not met. Safety data showed that semorinemab is well tolerated with an acceptable safety profile and no unanticipated safety signals.

Sonnet BioTherapeutics Holdings, Inc., (NASDAQ: SONN) 39% HIGHER; announced today that it has selected a novel development candidate after completing comparative studies in a mouse melanoma model. The candidate represents Sonnet's second bispecific compound integrating Interleukin 12 (IL-12) with the company's Fully Human Albumin Binding (FHAB) platform. The target indications for SON-1410 will be melanoma and renal cancers.

Ligand Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (NASDAQ: LGND) 3.5% HIGHER; today announced that its partner Gloria Biosciences (GloriaBio) has received approval from Chinas National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for zimberelimab (GLS-010), an OmniAb-derived anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody for the treatment of recurrent or refractory classical Hodgkins lymphoma (cHL). GloriaBio has development and commercialization rights in China with respect to zimberelimab through a sublicense agreement with Ligand's licensee Wuxi Biologics Ireland Limited.

Ashland Global Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ASH) 2.7% HIGHER; announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ashland LLC, has signed a definitive agreement to sell its performance adhesives business to Arkema in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.65 billion or 20 times LTM EBITDA1. The transaction is expected to close by the end of calendar year 2021, subject to receipt of regulatory approvals and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.

Virgin Galactic (NYSE: SPCE) 2.7% HIGHER; Jefferies initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $33.00.

Nordson Corp. (NASDAQ: NDSN) 1.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.42, $0.36 better than the analyst estimate of $2.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $647 million versus the consensus estimate of $602.66 million. Nordson Corp. raises FY2021 EPS to $7.75-$7.95, versus the consensus of $7.58.
