Golden Nugget Online Gaming, Inc. (Nasdaq: GNOG) 47% HIGHER; DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG) and Golden Nugget Online Gaming, Inc. (Nasdaq: GNOG) today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement for DraftKings to acquire Golden Nugget Online Gaming in an all-stock transaction that has an implied equity value of approximately $1.56 billion. The acquisition will enable DraftKings to leverage Golden Nuggets well-known brand, iGaming product experience and existing combined database of more than 5 million customers. In connection with the acquisition, DraftKings has entered into a commercial agreement with Fertitta Entertainment, Inc., the parent company of the Houston Rockets, Golden Nugget, LLC and Landrys LLC, and a leader in the gaming, restaurant, hospitality, and sports entertainment industry.

Aterian, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATER) 36.5% LOWER; Net revenue grew 14% year over year to $68.2 million, compared to $59.8 million in the second quarter of 2020.

BioVie Inc. (NASDAQ: BIVI) 35.3% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the shares of common stock are to be sold by the Company.

Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXSM) 33.8% LOWER; announced that AXS-05, a novel, oral, investigational NMDA receptor antagonist with multimodal activity, met the primary and key secondary endpoints in the MERIT (Mechanistic Evaluation of Response in TRD) Phase 2 trial, and substantially and statistically significantly prevented relapse of depressive symptoms compared to placebo in patients with treatment resistant depression (TRD). The MERIT study was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, relapse prevention, multi-center, U.S. trial, which evaluated 44 TRD patients. Patients in stable remission after treatment with AXS-05 were randomized to continue treatment with AXS-05 or to discontinue AXS-05 and switch to placebo.

Select Interior Concepts, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIC) 30% HIGHER; entered into a definitive agreement under which an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. (Sun Capital) will acquire Select Interior Concepts (SIC) for approximately $411 million in an all-cash transaction (the Merger Transaction).

Epizyme, Inc. (Nasdaq: EPZM) 13% LOWER; announced its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) succession plan, with industry veteran Grant Bogle succeeding Robert Bazemore, as President and CEO. Mr. Bazemore will move into an active consultancy role, serving as an advisor to the Company, and in particular to Mr. Bogle, for the next 12 months to ensure a smooth transition. Mr. Bogle will continue to serve as a member of Epizymes Board of Directors. The succession is effective August 9, 2021.

BioNTech SE (NASDAQ: BNTX) 5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of EUR10.77, EUR1.86 better than the analyst estimate of EUR8.91. Revenue for the quarter came in at EUR5.31 billion versus the consensus estimate of EUR3.84 billion.

ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: ZI) 5% LOWER; announced that certain selling stockholders of ZoomInfo, including investment funds affiliated with TA Associates (TA), The Carlyle Group (Carlyle) and 22C Capital LLC (22C Capital) and an entity affiliated with ZoomInfos co-founders (together with TA, Carlyle and 22C Capital, the Selling Stockholders), intend to offer for sale, in an underwritten secondary offering, 20,000,000 shares of ZoomInfos Class A common stock pursuant to ZoomInfos shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC).

Editas Medicine (NASDAQ: EDIT) 3.4% HIGHER; Truist Securities upgraded from Hold to Buy with a price target of $80.00 (from $45.00).

Dollar Tree (NASDAQ: DLTR) 1.4% LOWER; Deutsche Bank downgraded to Hold from Buy.
