Translate Bio (NASDAQ: TBIO) 29.2% HIGHER; As part of Sanofis endeavor to accelerate the application of messenger RNA (mRNA) to develop therapeutics and vaccines, the company has entered into a definitive agreement with Translate Bio (NASDAQ: TBIO), a clinical-stage mRNA therapeutics company, under which Sanofi will acquire all outstanding shares of Translate Bio for $38.00 per share in cash, which represents a total equity value of approximately $3.2 billion (on a fully diluted basis). The Sanofi and Translate Bio Boards of Directors unanimously approved the transaction.

Hollysys Automation Technologies (NASDAQ: HOLI) 24% HIGHER; JPMorgan upgraded from Neutral to Overweight with a price target of $24.00 (from $15.00).

SolarEdge Technologies (NASDAQ: SEDG) 11% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.28, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $1.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $480.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $454.69 million. SolarEdge Technologies sees Q3 2021 revenue of $520-540 million, versus the consensus of $504.7 million. Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) 10% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.68, $0.35 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $517.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $485.57 million.

Clorox (NYSE: CLX) 10.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.95, $0.41 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.92 billion. Clorox sees FY2022 EPS of $5.40-$5.70, versus the consensus of $7.61.

Driven Brands Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: DRVN) 4% LOWER; announced the commencement of an underwritten secondary public offering of 12 million shares of Driven Brands common stock by Driven Equity LLC and RC IV Cayman ICW Holdings LLC (together the Selling Stockholders), each of which is a related entity of Roark Capital Management, LLC. The Selling Stockholders also intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,800,000 shares of common stock. Kennametal (NYSE: KMT) 3.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.53, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $515.97 million versus the consensus estimate of $514.21 million. Today the Company announced that its Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program. Under this program, the Company intends to repurchase up to $200 million of Kennametal common stock. The Company expects to fund repurchases through cash generated from operations.
