(Nasdaq: OTLK) 34.5% HIGHER; announced positive clinical and highly statistically significant top-line results from its pivotal Phase 3 NORSE TWO safety and efficacy trial evaluating ONS-5010 / LYTENAVA (bevacizumab) for treatment of neovascular age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD). Outlook Therapeutics will host a conference call and webcast today, August 3, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. ET (details below) to discuss the results of the study.

Translate Bio (NASDAQ: TBIO) 29.2% HIGHER; As part of Sanofis endeavor to accelerate the application of messenger RNA (mRNA) to develop therapeutics and vaccines, the company has entered into a definitive agreement with Translate Bio (NASDAQ: TBIO), a clinical-stage mRNA therapeutics company, under which Sanofi will acquire all outstanding shares of Translate Bio for $38.00 per share in cash, which represents a total equity value of approximately $3.2 billion (on a fully diluted basis). The Sanofi and Translate Bio Boards of Directors unanimously approved the transaction.

Hollysys Automation Technologies (NASDAQ: HOLI) 24% HIGHER; JPMorgan upgraded from Neutral to Overweight with a price target of $24.00 (from $15.00).

Processa Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: PCSA) 12.3% HIGHER; Oppenheimer initiates coverage with an Outperform rating and a price target of $20.00.

SolarEdge Technologies (NASDAQ: SEDG) 11% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.28, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $1.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $480.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $454.69 million. SolarEdge Technologies sees Q3 2021 revenue of $520-540 million, versus the consensus of $504.7 million. Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) 10% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.68, $0.35 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $517.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $485.57 million.
