Exicure Inc. (NASDAQ: XCUR) 35.5% HIGHER; Ipsen (Euronext: IPN; ADR: IPSEY) and Exicure Inc. (NASDAQ: XCUR) have signed an exclusive collaboration agreement to research, develop, and commercialize novel Spherical Nucleic Acids (SNAs) as potential investigational treatments for Huntingtons disease and Angelman syndrome.

Dolphin Entertainment (NASDAQ: DLPN) 27% HIGHER; Hall of Fame Resort and Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW) and Dolphin Entertainment (NASDAQ: DLPN) announce the creation of a new NFT series highlighting memorable plays from the college and professional careers of six legendary athletes. This first-of-its-kind collectible, entitled Playbooks, becomes available beginning August 5, 2021 on FTX, a leading cryptocurrency portfolio management and trading platform, which will allow collectors to acquire the NFTs through the platform using a debit or credit card or cryptocurrency. Autolus Therapeutics plc (Nasdaq: AUTL) 23.7% HIGHER; announced an agreement with Moderna, a biotechnology company pioneering messenger RNA (mRNA) therapeutics and vaccines, granting Moderna an exclusive license to develop and commercialize mRNA therapeutics incorporating Autolus’ proprietary binders for up to four immuno-oncology targets.

Infinity Pharmaceutical (NASDAQ: INFI) 17.5% HIGHER; JPMorgan upgraded from Neutral to Overweight with a price target of $6.00.

Atlas Technical Consultants, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATCX) 12% HIGHER; positive Barron's mention

ON Semiconductor (NASDAQ: ON) 9.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.63, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.67 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.62 billion. ON Semiconductor sees Q3 2021 EPS of $0.68-$0.80, versus the consensus of $0.51. ON Semiconductor sees Q3 2021 revenue of $1.66-1.76 billion, versus the consensus of $1.61 billion.

Silicon Labs (Nasdaq: SLAB) 3.7% HIGHER; today announced that it intends to commence a "modified Dutch auction" tender offer to purchase in cash up to $1.0 billion in value of shares of its issued and outstanding common stock, or such lesser number of shares of its common stock as are properly tendered and not properly withdrawn, at an anticipated price of not less than $140.00 per share nor greater than $160.00 per share, less any applicable withholding taxes and without interest. The tender offer, if any, will be made in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions described in an offer to purchase and a related letter of transmittal.

Levi Strauss & Co. (NYSE: LEVI) 2.4% HIGHER; Stifel initiates coverage with a Buy rating.

Alkermes plc (Nasdaq: ALKS) 2.3% HIGHER; today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted Fast Track designation to nemvaleukin alfa (nemvaleukin), the company's novel, investigational engineered interleukin-2 (IL-2) variant immunotherapy, for the treatment of mucosal melanoma.

Parker Hannifin (NYSE: PH) 2% LOWER; announced today it is acquiring its UK-based rival Meggitt (OTC: MEGGF) in a cash deal worth 6.3 billion pounds ($8.8 billion).

Square (NYSE: SQ) 0.5% LOWER; announced it is acquiring the Australian company Afterpay in an all-stock deal valued at $29 billion.
