Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CTXS) 15% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.24, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $812.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $845.97 million. Citrix Systems sees Q3 2021 EPS of $0.85-$0.90, versus the consensus of $1.42. Flora Growth Corp. (NASDAQ: FLGC) 11% HIGHER; entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with Evergreen Pharmacare Pty Ltd. (Evergreen), a licensed Australian importer and distributor of medical cannabis products, to supply its premium dried flower and derivative products. The Company expects to ship its medical-grade cannabis products upon completion of its first commercial harvest and obtaining necessary export licenses.

iRobot Corp. (NASDAQ: IRBT) 11.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.27, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $365.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $352.76 million. iRobot Corp. sees Q3 2021 EPS of $2.25-$3.15, versus the consensus of $3.13. iRobot Corp. sees Q3 2021 revenue of $1.55-1.62 billion, versus the consensus of $1.68 billion.

Nikola Corp (NASDAQ: NKLA) 7.4% LOWER; Trevor Milton, the founder of THE electric truck maker, has been indicted on charges of making false and misleading statements to investors, the U.S. Department of Justice said on Thursday.

Exact Sciences (NASDAQ: EXAS) 6.7% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($1.03), $0.27 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.76). Revenue for the quarter came in at $434.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $421.28 million. Exact Sciences sees FY2021 revenue of $1.71-1.75 billion, versus the consensus of $1.72 billion.
