Cinedigm Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM) 21% HIGHER; Consolidated revenues were $8.3 million, with streaming channel revenues up 197% versus the prior year quarter and 39% sequentially over last quarter.

Lipocine Inc. (NASDAQ: LPCN) 12.4% HIGHER; entered into a global settlement and license agreement with Clarus Therapeutics Inc. ("Clarus") to resolve all outstanding claims in the on-going intellectual property litigation between the two companies as well as the on-going interference proceeding between the two companies.

Immunic, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMUX) 10.8% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.

SciPlay Corporation (NASDAQ: SCPL) 10.6% HIGHER; Scientific Games Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS) today announced that it has submitted to the Board of Directors of SciPlay Corporation (NASDAQ: SCPL) a proposal for Scientific Games to acquire the remaining 19% equity interest in SciPlay that it does not currently own in an all-stock transaction, following which SciPlay would become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scientific Games.

Progressive Corp. (NYSE: PGR) 7.1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.34, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of $1.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $11.48 billion versus the consensus estimate of $11.52 billion.

American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) 6.9% HIGHER; AIG and Blackstone (NYSE: BX) today announced that they have reached a definitive agreement for Blackstone to acquire a 9.9% equity stake in AIGs Life & Retirement business for $2.2 billion in an all cash transaction.

Meme-stock GameStop (NYSE: GME) 6.2% LOWER; falls on reports Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) will begin publishing video games.

Clover Health (Nasdaq: CLOV) 6.1% LOWER; announced that Joseph Wagner, its Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the company on August 13th for personal reasons described below. Effective upon Mr. Wagner’s departure, Mark Herbers of leading global consulting firm AlixPartners, LLP will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer until a permanent CFO is hired. Mr. Herbers has served as CFO for a number of public and private healthcare organizations and has 20 years of experience in the sector.

Casper Sleep Inc. (NYSE: CSPR) 4.8% HIGHER; Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBY) and Casper Sleep Inc (NYSE: CSPR) today announced a new national partnership that brings Casper's award-winning suite of sleep offerings to Bed Bath & Beyond® customers through the Bed Bath & Beyond website and mobile app, and in select Bed Bath & Beyond stores. As part of the partnership, Casper will open its first, one-of-a-kind branded shop-in shop at Bed Bath & Beyond's newly designed flagship store in New York City, which is set to reopen on July 22 after undergoing a substantial renovation to modernize the shopping experience for customers.

Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) 4.6% HIGHER; was awarded a seven-year contract valued up to $2,241,762,696 by the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) for Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS)–Next Systems Engineering. This contract has a three-year base with two two-year options. Parsons has supported the MDA’s mission for more than 38 years.

Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) 1.5% HIGHER; reports the streaming giant is preparing to offer video games.
