Barracuda Networks (NYSE: CUDA) 17% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.09, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $78 million versus the consensus estimate of $77.25 million. For the first quarter of fiscal 2016, gross billings grew to $94.3 million, up from $87.6 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2015.

InterCloud Systems (NASDAQ: ICLD) 9.9% HIGHER; announced today that it was recently awarded a series of contracts from new and existing clients valued at over $1.5 million to provide engineering, design and implementation of next generation wireless networks. Further details are withheld due to the nature of the project and associated critical infrastructure.

Cablevision Systems (NYSE: CVC) 6.6% HIGHER; Altice Chairman Patrick Drahi said he is interested in pursuing companies like Cox Communications, Cablevision, the Wall Street Journal reported citing an interview.

Helen Of Troy (NASDAQ: HELE) 5.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.06, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $345.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $337.69 million. Helen Of Troy reaffirmed FY2016 guidance. The Company is maintaining its fiscal year 2016 outlook. For fiscal year 2016, the Company continues to expect consolidated net sales revenue in the range of $1.485 to $1.536 billion and diluted EPS (GAAP) in the range of $4.33 to $4.73. The Company continues to expect consolidated adjusted diluted EPS (non-GAAP) to be in the range of $5.40 to $5.85.

Syngenta (NYSE: SYT) 4.4% HIGHER; Monsanto will likely refrain from making another move on Syngenta until after July 23 when the company reports results, according to Bloomberg, citing sources. If Syngenta's results are strong, Monsanto will look highlight underperformance in recent years when it meets with investors. Poor results are seen supporting Monsanto's case.

Dover Corp. (NYSE: DOV) 4.3% LOWER; The Company now expects full-year revenue to decline -8% to -9% versus a prior revenue forecast of -4% to -6%. This revised forecast includes organic revenue of -7% to -8%, a -4% impact from foreign currencies, and growth from completed acquisitions of 3%. The primary factors driving this revision are continued weak fundamentals in the North American oil & gas markets, and generally weaker capital spending in retail refrigeration and certain industrial end-markets. Full-year EPS is now anticipated to be in the range of $3.75 - $3.90, as compared to its prior guidance of $4.20 - $4.40. This new forecast represents a $0.50 reduction to the high-end of the prior guidance and a $0.45 reduction to the low-end. *** The Street sees FY15 revenue of $7.28 billion and EPS of $4.16.

BHP Billiton (NYSE: BHP) 3.8% HIGHER; Citi upgraded from Neutral to Buy.

Gannett (NYSE: GCI) 3.7% HIGHER; Gains on Carl Icahn 6.5% stake disclosure. SI NOTE: The stake in not new and related to the spin-off.

Qiagen (NASDAQ: QGEN) 3.7% HIGHER; CMS will cover combined HPV and pap smear testing once every five years, with a screening interval above current pap guidelines (3 years), Piper Jaffray noted.

Rio Tinto (NYSE: RIO) 3.3% HIGHER; Citi upgraded from Neutral to Buy

J. M. Smucker (NYSE: SJM) 2.4% LOWER; announced that Blue Holdings I, L.P. (the "Selling Shareholder") intends to offer for sale in an underwritten secondary offering 4,921,934 shares of the Company's common stock pursuant to the Company's shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The Company previously issued to the Selling Shareholder 17,061,079 shares of common stock on March 23, 2015 in connection with the Company's acquisition of Big Heart Pet Brands. The shares to be sold by the Selling Shareholder represent 100% of the ownership interests attributable to affiliates of Centerview Capital Management LLC and AlpInvest Partners US Holdings, LLC. The Company is not selling any shares and will not receive any proceeds from the proposed offering.

VOXX Int'l (NASDAQ: VOXX) 2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.03), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $164.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $168.16 million.

Costco Wholesale (NASDAQ: COST) 1.7% HIGHER; Oppenheimer upgraded from Perform to Outperform with a price target of $160

LinkedIn (NYSE: LNKD) 1% HIGHER; Mizuho Securities initiates coverage with an Outperform rating and a price target of $240.00

Google (NASDAQ: GOOGL)(NASDAQ: GOOG) 1% HIGHER; Credit Suisse analyst S. Ju reiterated an Outperform rating and boosted its price target on Google to $700.00 (from $690.00), saying emerging business lines to drive margin stabilization and eventual expansion.
