OncoSec Medical Incorporated (NASDAQ: ONCS) 20.8% HIGHER; announced it has entered into a Clinical Trial Collaboration and Supply Agreement with Merck (known as MSD outside the United States and Canada) to evaluate the combination of OncoSec's DNA-plasmid interleukin-12 (IL-12) TAVO (tavokinogene telseplasmid) with Merck's anti-PD-1 therapy, KEYTRUDA® (pembrolizumab), in a global Phase 3 randomized clinical trial, KEYNOTE-C87. IDEAYA Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDYA) 10.9% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell up to $80 million of shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.

SMART Global Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGH) 4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.39, $0.30 better than the analyst estimate of $1.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $437.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $415.57 million. SMART Global Holdings, Inc. sees Q4 2021 EPS of $1.45-$1.75, versus the consensus of $1.23. SMART Global Holdings, Inc. sees Q4 2021 revenue of $440-480 million, versus the consensus of $439.35 million.

ChemoCentryx (NASDAQ: CCXI) 3.9% HIGHER; Stifel upgraded from Hold to Buy with a price target of $31.00 (from $26.00).

Shenandoah Telecommunications (NASDAQ: SHEN) 3.3% LOWER; Raymond James downgraded from Market Perform to Underperform.

Steel Dynamics, Inc. (NASDAQ: STLD) 2.2% HIGHER; announced that the company's board of directors authorized an additional share repurchase program of up to $1.0 billion of the company's common stock. The authorization is effective immediately and is additive to the previous $500 million program, which had $51 million remaining authorized and available for repurchase at June 30, 2021.
