Resolute Forest Products Inc. (NYSE: RFP) 65% HIGHER; The Paper Excellence Group, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Domtar Corporation, a global diversified manufacturer of pulp and specialty, printing, writing, and packaging papers, and Resolute Forest Products Inc. (NYSE: RFP) a global forest products company, have entered into an agreement under which Domtar will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Resolute stock.
Kornit Digital Ltd. (Nasdaq: KRNT) 24% LOWER; revenues to be in the range of $56.4 million to $59.4 million, net of non-cash warrant impact of approximately $4.6 million.
RADA Electronic Industries Ltd. (NASDAQ: RADA) 12% LOWER; Revenues for the second quarter of 2022 are expected to be approximately $22.5 million, at a similar level to that of the first quarter of this year.

Rocket Cos Inc. (NYSE: RKT) 6% HIGHER; Wells Fargo upgraded from Equal Weight to Overweight with a price target of $10.00 (from $6.50).
InflaRx N.V. (Nasdaq: IFRX) 5% HIGHER; announced that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted a Fast Track designation to the development of its first-in-class anti-C5a monoclonal antibody vilobelimab for the treatment of ulcerative pyoderma gangrenosum (PG). The Company had submitted a request for Fast Track designation to the FDA on the positive outcome data in PG from its Phase IIa open-label dose-escalation study.
RingCentral (NYSE: RNG) 4% LOWER; Needham & Company downgraded from Buy to Hold.
Uber Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: UBER) 3% LOWER; falls after Amazon entered a Grubhub deal with Just Eat Takeaway.
Universal Health Services (NYSE: UHS) 2% LOWER; BMO Capital downgraded from Market Perform to Underperform with a price target of $90.00 (from $133.00).
HCA Holdings (NYSE: HCA) 2% LOWER; BMO Capital downgraded from Market Perform to Underperform with a price target of $160.00 (from $233.00).
