Aspen Aerogels, Inc. (NYSE: ASPN) 36% HIGHER; decided not to proceed with the concurrent public offerings of its common stock and its green convertible senior notes due 2027 (the "Notes") previously announced on June 28, 2022. The decision not to proceed with the concurrent offerings results from an assessment by the Company that current market conditions are not conducive for the offerings on terms that would be in the best interests of Aspen's shareholders. As a result of this decision, no shares of common stock or Notes will be sold pursuant to the concurrent offerings.

Duck Creek Technologies (NASDAQ: DCT) 17% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.01, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $72.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $72.15 million. Duck Creek Technologies sees FY2022 EPS of $0.09-$0.10, versus the consensus of $0.10. Duck Creek Technologies sees FY2022 revenue of $295-297 million, versus the consensus of $302.4 million.

Hyperfine, Inc. (Nasdaq: HYPR) 17% LOWER; announced that Dave Scott will step down from his role as President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Board Member for personal reasons, effective July 29, 2022. Scott Huennekens, who currently serves as Executive Chairperson of the Board, will succeed Mr. Scott as interim President and CEO, also effective July 29, 2022

RH (NYSE: RH) 9% LOWER; slashed its 2023 revenue forecast. This marks the second guidance cut by RH in just 4 weeks. The company now sees FY revenues between -2% to -5%, worse than the prior 0% to +2%. Adjusted operating margin is now seen between 21% and 22% vs 23% to 24% earlier.

Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS) 7% LOWER; announced today that, due to a significant shortfall in operating results experienced during April and May of 2022, as compared to the comparable periods included in our previously provided annual operating results forecast, we are revising our forecast for the year ended December 31, 2022.

MicroStrategy Incorporated (NASDAQ: MSTR) 6% LOWER; bitcoin drops to $19,195.

Acuity Brands (NYSE: AYI) 4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $3.52, $0.56 better than the analyst estimate of $2.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $985.42 million.

Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) 4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $2.66, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $2.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.54 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.16 billion. Constellation Brands sees FY2023 EPS of $11.20-$11.50, versus the consensus of $11.06.

Coinbase Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: COIN) 4% LOWER; bitcoin drops to $19,195.

Walgreens Boots Alliance (NASDAQ: WBA) 3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.96, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.91. Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $32.01 billion.

Bunge (NYSE: BG) 1% HIGHER; BofA Securities upgraded from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $135.00 (from $140.00).
