Ocuphire Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCUP) 40.6% HIGHER; announced that the VEGA-1 Phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of Nyxol in combination with low-dose pilocarpine (LDP) in presbyopic subjects successfully met its primary and many secondary endpoints. On the strength of these results, Ocuphire plans to move into Phase 3. Given the rapid onset and sustained duration of efficacy, the favorable safety profile, and the potential tunability of treatment, Nyxol + LDP has the potential for differentiation and to be a best in class product for the treatment of presbyopia.

Exela Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: XELA) 18% HIGHER; announced today that it has completed its $100 million at-the-market equity program announced on May 27, 2021. In addition, Exela has entered into an additional $150 million at-the-market equity program.

The Dixie Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXYN) 14% HIGHER; announced entry into an agreement in principle for the sale of its commercial business to Mannington Mills, Inc. Terms and conditions are to be finalized in the near future.

electroCore, Inc. (NASDAQ: ECOR) 14% LOWER; intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All the shares to be sold in the offering will be offered by the Company. The offering is subject to market conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. AMMO Inc. (NASDAQ: POWW) 9.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $24.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $23.95 million. AMMO Inc. sees Q1 2021 revenue of $41 million, versus the consensus of $40 million.

Angion Biomedica Corp. (NASDAQ: ANGN) 9.5% LOWER; announced that its exploratory Phase 2 ALI-201 trial of ANG-3777 in patients with severe COVID-19 related pneumonia at high risk for acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) did not meet the primary or secondary efficacy endpoints. The adverse events and overall safety of the trial were consistent with previously published reports in patients hospitalized with severe COVID-19 pneumonia.

Grid Dynamics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GDYN) 8.2% LOWER; announced the launch of a proposed underwritten follow-on public offering of 10,100,262 shares of its common stock, which will include 4,000,000 shares to be offered by Grid Dynamics and 6,100,262 shares to be offered by certain selling stockholders. Grid Dynamics will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholder

Masco (NYSE: MAS) 3.3% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs upgraded from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $73.00 (from $71.00).

AeroVironment (NASDAQ: AVAV) 3.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.96, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $136 million versus the consensus estimate of $147.18 million.

Arcutis Biotherapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: ARQT) 2.5% HIGHER; Mizuho initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $58.00.
