Mark Penn, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is also the managing partner of Stagwell. The special committee has not reached any conclusion as to the advisability or feasibility of a Potential Transaction.

Vaxart (NASDAQ: VXRT) 76.4% HIGHER; company's oral COVID-19 vaccine has been selected to participate in a non-human primate (NHP) challenge study, organized and funded by Operation Warp Speed.

iBio, Inc. (NYSE AMERICAN: IBIO) 53% HIGHER; announced that it will be added to the Russell 2000® and Russell 3000® indexes as part of this year's reconstitution. The additions will be made effective after the U.S. markets open on June 29, 2020.

Altimmune (NASDAQ: ALT) 25.4% HIGHER; gains after-hours after Venrock Healthcare Capital Partners files a 13D, showing a 4.5 million, or 20.8%, stake in the company.

Calamp Corp. (NASDAQ: CAMP) 17% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.02, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $80.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $75.29 million.

Zogenix, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZGNX) 16.2% HIGHER; announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved FINTEPLA® (fenfluramine) oral solution, CIV for the treatment of seizures associated with Dravet syndrome in patients 2 years of age and older. FINTEPLA will be launched through a restricted distribution program, called the FINTEPLA Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) Program, and is expected to be available through Zogenixs specialty pharmacy partner by the end of July.

SYNNEX Corp. (NYSE: SNX) 8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.83, $3.95 better than the analyst estimate of ($2.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.53 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.13 billion.
