Selecta Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: SELB) 11% HIGHER; Sarepta Therapeutics (NASDAQ: SRPT), the leader in precision genetic medicine for rare diseases, and Selecta Biosciences, Inc. Neoleukin Therapeutics (NASDAQ: NLTX) 3.3% HIGHER; Mizuho Securities initiates coverage on with a Buy rating and a price target of $21.00.
