Oxford Industries (NYSE: OXM) 10% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($1.12), $0.85 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.27). Revenue for the quarter came in at $160 million versus the consensus estimate of $172.54 million.

Zynex Inc. (NASDAQ: ZYXI) 7% HIGHER; will replace KEMET Corp. (NYSE: KEM) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Tuesday, June 16.

Grubhub Inc. (NYSE: GRUB) 7% HIGHER; Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (AMS: TKWY, LSE: JET) and Grubhub Inc. (NYSE: GRUB) have entered into a definitive agreement whereby the Company is to acquire 100% of the shares of Grubhub in an all-stock transaction (the “Transaction”) to create the world’s largest online food delivery company outside of China, measured by Gross Merchandise Value (“GMV”) and revenues.

Annaly Capital Management (NYSE: NLY) 3.3% HIGHER; declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 12% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.25.

PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFSI) 3% HIGHER; announced that its Board of Directors has approved the repurchase of 6,975,323 shares of common stock, representing the remaining PFSI shares owned by The BlackRock Foundation, at a price of $34 per share. In conjunction with this transaction, PFSI’s Board also approved an increase to its stock repurchase authorization from $50 million to $500 million of outstanding common stock, including approximately $31 million remaining under the initial stock repurchase authorization. Following completion of the transaction, PFSI will have up to $244 million remaining authorization for future repurchases.

ChemoCentryx, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCXI) 2.5% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock. In connection with this offering, ChemoCentryx plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the number of shares sold.

Catalent, Inc. (NYSE: CTLT) 2% LOWER; Announced that it has launched an underwritten public offering (the Offering) of $550 million of its common stock.

Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe: CBOE) 1.9% HIGHER; announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the company to repurchase up to an additional $250 million of its outstanding common stock, effective immediately.

BrightView Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BV) 1.4% LOWER; announced that certain stockholders intend to offer for sale in an underwritten secondary offering 10,000,000 shares of common stock of BrightView pursuant to a registration statement filed by BrightView with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). No shares are being sold by BrightView. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from this offering.

DraftKings Inc. (NASDAQ: DKNG) 1% HIGHER; Oppenheimer initiates coverage with an Outperform rating and a price target of $48.00.
