(NASDAQ: OCGN) 29.7% LOWER; announced that upon recommendation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), it will pursue submission of a biologics license application (BLA) for its COVID-19 vaccine candidate, COVAXIN. The Company will no longer pursue an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for COVAXIN.

Materialise NV (NASDAQ: MTLS) 15.5% LOWER; announced today the pricing of its registered underwritten public offering of 4.0 million ADSs at a public offering price of US$24.00 per ADS. Each ADS will represent one ordinary share with no nominal value per share.

Celsius Holdings, Inc.,(Nasdaq: CELH) 13.2% LOWER; announced the pricing of a public offering of 6,518,267 shares of common stock, consisting of 5,518,267 shares of common stock offered by certain selling stockholders of Celsius Holdings (the "Selling Stockholders") and 1,000,000 shares of common stock offered by Celsius Holdings at a public offering price of $62.50 per share.

RH (NYSE: RH) 7.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $4.89, $0.79 better than the analyst estimate of $4.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $860.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $757.65 million. Based on current business trends, we are raising our outlook for revenue growth in fiscal 2021 to a range of 25% to 30% versus our prior outlook of 15% to 20%. We now expect adjusted operating margin in the range of 23.5% to 24.3%, an increase of 170 to 250 basis points versus our prior outlook of 100 to 200 basis points, with ROIC in excess of 60%.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.6 billion. Q1 same store sales ("SSS") up 106.5% (1) to Q1 of FY21 and up 27.2% to Q1 of FY20. Signet Jewelers sees Q2 2022 revenue of $1.6-1.65 billion, versus the consensus of $1.33 billion. Signet Jewelers sees FY2022 revenue of $6.5-6.65 billion, versus the consensus of $6.18 billion.

GameStop (NYSE: GME) 6.4% LOWER; the company reported its Q1 earnings and filed a prospectus to sell up to 5M Shares At-The-Market. Gamestop also announced leadership changes with the appointment of Matt Furlong as its new CEO, and Mike Recupero as the new CFO.

Enthusiast Gaming Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: EGLX) 6.4% LOWER; announced the launch of a proposed marketed public offering of common shares in the United States and Canada. A total of 8,000,000 Common Shares will be offered by the Company.

iMedia Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMBI) 5.9% LOWER; today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
