Revenue for the quarter came in at $535.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $510.63 million. Stitch Fix sees Q4 2021 revenue of $540-550 million, versus the consensus of $534.61 million. Stitch Fix sees FY2021 revenue of $2.07-2.08 billion, versus the consensus of $2.04 billion.

UP Fintech Holding Limited (Nasdaq: TIGR) 9.2% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell 6,500,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing 15 Class A ordinary shares of the Company, subject to market and other conditions, in an underwritten public offering.

Coupa Software (NASDAQ: COUP) 8.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.07, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.19). REV Group, Inc. (NYSE: REVG) 8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.39, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $646.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $636.19 million. REV Group, Inc. sees FY2021 revenue of $2.45-2.6 million, versus the consensus of $2.5 million. Liberty Oilfield Services Inc. (NYSE: LBRT) 5.5% LOWER; announced today the commencement of an underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 12,299,996 shares of its Class A common stock by R/C Energy IV Direct Partnership, L.P. and R/C IV Liberty Holdings, L.P. (“Riverstone”).

Jamf Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: JAMF) 5.1% LOWER; announced the commencement of a public follow-on offering of its common stock by certain of its selling shareholders. The selling shareholders are offering 8,500,000 shares of Jamf common stock pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).

Histogen Inc. (Nasdaq: HSTO) 4.6% LOWER; announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with several institutional and accredited investors, for the purchase and sale of 5,977,300 shares of its common stock, at a purchase price of $1.10 per share, in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.

Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL) 4.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.29, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $832 million versus the consensus estimate of $804.21 million. Marvell Technology sees Q2 2022 EPS of $0.28-$0.34 ($0.31 midpoint), versus the consensus of $0.30. Net revenue is expected to be $1.065 billion +/- 3%, versus the consensus of $1.04 billion.

Tilray, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLRY) 3.8% HIGHER; announced the launch of Symbios, a complement to the Company’s existing medical brand portfolio in Canada. This new brand was developed to provide a broader spectrum of formats and unique cannabinoid ratios at a better price point while offering medical patients a full comprehensive assortment of products, including flower, oils, and pre-rolls for their health and wellness regiment.

Thor Industries (NYSE: THO) 3.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $3.29, $0.95 better than the analyst estimate of $2.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.46 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.01 billion.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 3% HIGHER; sold 33,463 China-made electric vehicles in May, including exports, marking a 29% jump in sales from April, data from the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) showed on Tuesday.

Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI) 2.8% HIGHER; JPMorgan upgraded from Neutral to Overweight with a price target of $75.00 (from $50.00).

Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) 2.7% LOWER; announced today the commencement of a registered public secondary offering of 28 million shares of the Company's outstanding common stock, on behalf of Mondelz International Holdings LLC.

Fastly, Inc. (NYSE: FSLY) 2.6% LOWER; blamed for mass website outage

W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC) 1.4% LOWER; announced today the commencement of an underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 5,250,000 shares of common stock, offered on a forward basis in connection with the forward sale agreements described below.
