Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) 3% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced an offering of 14,500,000 shares of Invitation Homes common stock. Invitation Homes intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,175,000 shares of common stock.

Kaleido Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: KLDO) 2.9% HIGHER; announced that it intends to sell, subject to market and other conditions, $30 million of shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Kaleido also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional $4.5 million of shares of its common stock offered in the public offering.

Exagen (NASDAQ: XGN) 2.6% HIGHER; Cantor Fitzgerald assumes coverage with a Overweight rating and a price target of $20.00 (from $19.00).

Intellia also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional fifteen percent (15%) of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering. All of the shares in the proposed offering are to be sold by Intellia.

QTS Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: QTS) 1% LOWER; today announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock, all of which will be offered, at the request of the Company, by the forward purchasers or their affiliates in connection with the forward sale agreements.

OraSure Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSUR) 1% LOWER; announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Evercore Group L.L.C. are acting as joint book running managers of the offering and as representatives of the underwriters. UBS Investment Bank and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. are acting as co-managers. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock offered in the public offering.
