Nabriva Therapeutics (NASDAQ: NBRV) 49.3% HIGHER; Sinovant Sciences, a Chinese biopharmaceutical company dedicated to conducting innovative biomedical R&D in China, and Nabriva Therapeutics (NASDAQ: NBRV), a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the commercialization and development of innovative anti-infective agents to treat serious infections, today announced positive topline results from Sinovants Phase 3 bridging study of lefamulin in Chinese adults with community acquired bacterial pneumonia (CABP).

Larimar Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: LRMR) 43.2% LOWER; announced that the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has placed a clinical hold on the CTI-1601 clinical program and that the company will not be closing a previously announced private placement financing. CTI-1601 is a recombinant fusion protein intended to deliver human frataxin into the mitochondria of patients with FA who are unable to produce enough of this essential protein.

Pieris Pharma (NASDAQ: PIRS) 30.6% HIGHER; adds to 103% intra-day surge on a collaboration and license agreement with Genentech, which includes $20 million as an upfront payment and is eligible to receive more than $1.4 billion in additional potential milestone payments plus royalties.

CarLotz, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOTZ) 19% LOWER; filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission stating that the Company's profit-sharing corporate vehicle sourcing partner informed the Company that, in light of current wholesale market conditions, it has paused consignments to the Company. During the three months ended March 31, 2021, this sourcing partner accounted for more than 60% of the cars sold and sourced and, for the second quarter to date, accounted for less than 50% of the cars sold and approximately 25% of cars sourced.

GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) 11.7% HIGHER; launches NFT website

Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS) 11.7% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.15, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $176.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $163.71 million. Zscaler sees Q4 2021 EPS of $0.08-$0.09, versus the consensus of $0.09. Zscaler sees Q4 2021 revenue of $185-187 million, versus the consensus of $173.9 million.

Urban Outfitters (NASDAQ: URBN) 11.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.54, $0.37 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $927 million versus the consensus estimate of $900.15 million.

Travere Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: TVTX) 10% LOWER; today provided a regulatory update for its sparsentan program in focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). Following achievement of the interim proteinuria endpoint in the ongoing Phase 3 DUPLEX Study of sparsentan in FSGS, the Company conducted pre-New Drug Application (NDA) interactions with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in pursuit of an accelerated approval submission in the U.S., and Marketing Authorization Application (MAA) pre-submission interactions with the European Medicines Agency (EMA) for conditional marketing authorization and accelerated assessment consideration in Europe.

Dick's Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS) 9.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $3.79, $2.79 better than the analyst estimate of $1.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.92 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.13 billion. Dick's Sporting Goods sees FY2021 EPS of $8.00-$8.70, versus the consensus of $5.32. Dick's Sporting Goods sees FY2021 revenue of $10.515-10.806 billion, versus the consensus of $9.81 billion.

Inspired Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: INSE) 9.5% HIGHER; announced today the launch of an underwritten public offering by The Landgame Trust (Evan Davis, Trustee) (the "Selling Stockholder") of 5,406,633 shares of Inspired's common stock. The Selling Stockholder has also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 810,995 shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

AMC (NYSE: AMC) 9.2% HIGHER; sees continued momentum.

Nordstrom (NYSE: JWN) 6.7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($1.05), may not compare to analyst estimate of ($0.57). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.92 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.9 billion. Loss per diluted share of $1.05 included a debt refinancing charge of $0.41 per share.

R1 RCM Inc. (NASDAQ: RCM) 5.3% LOWER; announced the commencement of an underwritten offering of an aggregate of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock by selling stockholders.

Ranpak Holdings Corp. (NYSE: PACK) 5% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten registered public offering of its Class A common stock.

DoubleVerify Holdings Inc. (NYSE: DV) 3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.04, versus $0.02 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.6 million, versus $51.22 million reported last year.

Agilent Technologies (NYSE: A) 2.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.97, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.83. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.53 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.4 billion. Agilent Technologies sees Q3 2021 EPS of $0.97-$0.99, versus the consensus of $0.91. Agilent Technologies sees Q3 2021 revenue of $1.51-1.54 billion, versus the consensus of $1.42 billion. Agilent Technologies sees FY2021 EPS of $4.09-$4.14, versus the consensus of $3.90. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers (NASDAQ: RRGB) 2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.30), $0.86 better than the analyst estimate of ($1.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $326.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $310.44 million.

LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP) 1.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $119.18 million versus the consensus estimate of $116.14 million.
