Agenus Inc. (NASDAQ: AGEN) 34.7% HIGHER; Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) and Agenus Inc. (NASDAQ: AGEN) today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Bristol Myers Squibb will be granted a global exclusive license to Agenus’ proprietary bispecific antibody program, AGEN1777, that blocks TIGIT and a second undisclosed target. AGEN1777 is an Fc-enhanced antibody in late preclinical development designed to target major inhibitory receptors expressed on T and NK cells to improve anti-tumor activity. In preclinical studies this approach has shown significant potential in tumor models where anti-PD-1 or anti-TIGIT monospecific antibodies alone are ineffective.

Ultralife Corporation (NASDAQ: ULBI) 31% HIGHER; has received a firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from the U.S. Army for purchases of Conformal Wearable Batteries not to exceed $168 million during the three-year base award period with the potential for up to an additional $350 million should the six one-year option periods be exercised. The timing of deliveries and quantities are at the discretion of the U.S. Army, and include successful completion of First Article Testing demonstrating full compliance with the contractual product specifications and program requirements.

Evofem Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVFM) 18% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell in an underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions, shares of its common stock (or pre-funded warrants to purchase common stock in lieu of common stock) in an underwritten public offering. Each share of common stock or pre-funded warrant will be sold with a common warrant to purchase one share of common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of its common stock and/or warrants to purchase shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares of common stock, pre-funded warrants and common warrants to be sold in the offering are to be offered by Evofem.

Desktop Metal (NYSE: DM) 13% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.25), $0.13 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $11.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $9.42 million.

Agiliti, Inc. (NYSE: AGTI) 12% HIGHER; New Wall Street coverage bullish.

ExOne (NASDAQ: XONE) 9.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.29), $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.21). Revenue for the quarter came in at $13.02 million versus the consensus estimate of $14.31 million.

Sun Country Airlines Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNCY) 7% LOWER; announced the commencement of a proposed secondary public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock by an affiliate of certain investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc.

Concert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNCE) 6.5% HIGHER; today announced that Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (NASDAQ: VRTX) has purchased the potential future milestones under the companies’ 2017 asset purchase agreement relating to VX-561 (deutivacaftor) for $32 million.

Mustang Bio (NASDAQ: MBIO) 6.3% HIGHER; BTIG initiates coverage on with a Buy rating and a price target of $11.00.

Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: CORE) 5% HIGHER; Performance Food Group Company (NYSE: PFGC) and Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: CORE) today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which PFG will acquire Core-Mark in a stock and cash transaction.

Baidu (NASDAQ: BIDU) 4.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.89, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $1.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.29 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.22 billion. Baidu sees Q2 2021 revenue of $4.5-5 billion, versus the consensus of $4.67 billion.

Adicet Bio (NASDAQ: ACET) 3.6% HIGHER; BTIG initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $34.00.

Walmart (NYSE: WMT) 3.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.69, $0.48 better than the analyst estimate of $1.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $138.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $131.95 billion. Raises guidance.

Clovis Oncology, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLVS) 3.2% LOWER; announced today that it has filed a prospectus supplement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), under which it may offer and sell, from time to time, shares of its common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $75,000,000 million through an at-the-market equity offering program (the ATM Program). The timing and amount of any sales will be determined by a variety of factors considered by Clovis Oncology.

Coinbase Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: COIN) 2.9% LOWER; today announced its intention to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2026 (the notes) in a private offering (the offering) to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act).

Snowflake Inc. (NYSE: SNOW) 2.3% HIGHER; Rosenblatt upgraded from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $285.00.

Altice-USA (NYSE: ATUS) 2.2% LOWER; BofA Securities downgraded from Neutral to Underperform with a price target of $38.00.

Home Depot (NYSE: HD) 1.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $3.86, $0.79 better than the analyst estimate of $3.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $37.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $34.89 billion.
