Immunic, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMUX) 36.4% HIGHER; announced that it has received first regulatory approval from Germany's BfArM (Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte) to initiate a phase 2 clinical trial of its selective oral DHODH inhibitor, IMU-838, in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The CALVID-1 study is a prospective, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind phase 2 clinical trial in approximately 230 patients with moderate COVID-19, designed to evaluate efficacy, safety and tolerability of IMU-838. Dosing of the first patient is expected to occur later this month. Top-line data is expected to be available later this year.

Intelsat S.A. (NYSE: I) 35.7% LOWER; announced that it has undertaken a financial restructuring to position the Company for long-term success. The restructuring process is intended to enhance the Companys liquidity and will likely result in a substantial reduction of Intelsats legacy debt burden, allowing for Intelsat to emerge with a strengthened balance sheet to complement its strong operating model and future growth plans. Files Chapter 11.

Comstock Resources, Inc. (NYSE: CRK) 31.4% LOWER; announced today that it priced its previously announced underwritten public offering 40,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $5.00 per share.

MacroGenics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGNX) 20.6% LOWER; announced preliminary results from two of its investigational pipeline molecules. Data covering safety and preliminary anti-tumor activity from the Phase 1 dose escalation and expansion clinical trial of MGD013, a bispecific, tetravalent DART® molecule binding PD-1 and LAG-3, and the Phase 1 dose expansion study of MGC018, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting B7-H3, will be presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) upcoming ASCO20 Virtual Scientific Program to be held May 29-31, 2020.

Allogene Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALLO) 14.3% HIGHER; announced the release of the abstract related to an upcoming oral presentation at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting. This will be the first data from Allogenes Phase 1 dose escalation ALPHA study of ALLO-501 in relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). This study utilizes ALLO-647, Allogene's anti-CD52 monoclonal antibody (mAb), as a part of its differentiated lymphodepletion regimen.

Revolve Group (NYSE: RVLV) 9.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.06, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $146.08 million versus the consensus estimate of $140.82 million.

One Medical (NASDAQ: ONEM) 8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.40), $0.23 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter came in at $78.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $75 million.

Wix.com (NASDAQ: WIX) 8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.01), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $216 million versus the consensus estimate of $216.2 million. Wix.com sees Q2 2020 revenue of $231-233 million, versus the consensus of $227.5 million.

United Airlines Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: UAL) 6% LOWER; airlines lower

American Airlines Group Inc. (NYSE: AAL) 3.7% LOWER; airlines lower

Vector Group Ltd. (NYSE: VGR) 3.8% LOWER; today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering (“the Offering”) of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock.

Delta Air Lines, Inc. (NYSE: DAL) 3.4% LOWER; airlines lower

Jack in the Box (NASDAQ: JACK) 3.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.50, $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $216.16 million versus the consensus estimate of $210.76 million. Withdraws Long-Term Guidance.

Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE: LUV) 2.9% LOWER; airlines lower

SmileDirectClub (NASDAQ: SDC) 2.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.28), $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.19). Revenue for the quarter came in at $197 million versus the consensus estimate of $219.52 million.

Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO) 1.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.79, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter came in at $12 billion versus the consensus estimate of $11.88 billion. Cisco Systems sees Q4 2020 EPS of $0.72-$0.74, versus the consensus of $0.71. Revenue: (8.5)% to (11.5)% decline year over year
