CorMedix Inc. (NASDAQ: CRMD) 26.6% LOWER; In April, CorMedix met with the FDA to discuss a proposed resolution for manufacturing deficiencies identified in a Complete Response Letter (CRL). Subsequently, CorMedix and the FDA agreed on a protocol for the required manual extraction study which CorMedix has now completed. However, after analyzing existing data, CorMedix concluded additional process qualification and validation will be needed to address concerns regarding the filling operation.

Poly (NYSE: PLT) 18.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.23, $0.30 better than the analyst estimate of $0.93. Revenue for the quarter came in at $476 million versus the consensus estimate of $455.69 million. Plantronics sees Q1 2022 EPS of $0.35-$0.55, versus the consensus of $0.82. Plantronics sees Q1 2022 revenue of $410-430 million, versus the consensus of $441.2 million.

BioNano Genomics, Inc. (NASDAQ: BNGO) 17.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 revenue $3.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $2.9 million.

Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG) 16% HIGHER; announced that the Company has completed the restatement of its previously issued financial statements for fiscal years 2018 and 2019 and its quarterly filings for 2019 and 2020 (the restated periods), and has filed its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020 (the 2020 Annual Report) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

LifeMD, Inc. (NASDAQ: LFMD) 14.9% HIGHER; 92% of Q1 2021 revenue was generated by subscriptions, up from 75% in Q1 2020. Gross Margins of 82%, up 13% from the same year-ago period.

Fisker Inc. (NYSE: FSR) 13% HIGHER; announced it has signed framework agreements with Hon Hai Technology Group (TWSE:2317) (Foxconn) supporting joint development and manufacturing related to Project PEAR (Personal Electric Automotive Revolution), a program to develop a new breakthrough electric vehicle.

Vivint Smart Home, Inc. (NYSE: VVNT) 12.6% HIGHER; Revenue for the quarter came in at $343.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $332.76 million. Upgraded at Goldman Sachs.

GreenBox POS (NASDAQ: GBOX) 11.5% HIGHER; Revenue grew 2,437% to $4.7 million in the first quarter of 2021, as compared to $0.2 million in the same year-ago quarter.

AbCellera (NASDAQ: ABCL) 7.7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.37, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $203 million versus the consensus estimate of $196.48 million.

DoorDash (NYSE: DASH) 6.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.34), versus the analyst estimate of ($0.26). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $993.32 million.

GoodRx Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GDRX) 5.9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.07, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $160.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $160.58 million. GoodRx Holdings, Inc. sees Q2 2021 revenue of $172-176 million, versus the consensus of $172.4 million. Walt Disney (NYSE: DIS) 4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.79, $0.52 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.61 billion versus the consensus estimate of $15.87 billion.

Farfetch Limited (NYSE: FTCH) 2.7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.24), $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.40). Revenue for the quarter came in at $485 million versus the consensus estimate of $454.97 million.

Dillard's (NYSE: DDS) 0.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $7.25, may not compare to the analyst estimate of $1.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.33 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.27 billion.

Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN) 0.7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $3.05, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $3.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.81 billion.
