(NYSE: BHVN) today announced that the companies have entered into a definitive agreement under which Pfizer will acquire Biohaven, the maker of NURTEC® ODT, an innovative dual-acting migraine therapy approved for both acute treatment and episodic prevention of migraine in adults.

Upstart Holdings (NASDAQ: UPST) 57% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.61, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $310 million versus the consensus estimate of $300.25 million. Upstart Holdings sees Q2 2022 revenue of $295-305 million, versus the consensus of $335 million.

Vroom (NASDAQ: VRM) 53% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.71), $0.30 better than the analyst estimate of ($1.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $923.78 million versus the consensus estimate of $874.09 million.
