The Trade Desk Inc. (NASDAQ: TTD) 13.7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.41, $0.64 better than the analyst estimate of $0.77. Revenue for the quarter came in at $219.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $216.9 million. The Trade Desk Inc. sees Q2 2021 revenue of $259-262 million, versus the consensus of $253.92 million. Announces 10-for-1 stock split.
Insmed Incorporated (Nasdaq: INSM) 11.3% LOWER; announced today that it intends to offer and sell $250 million of its common stock and $500 million aggregate principal amount of its convertible senior notes due 2028 in separate concurrent underwritten public offerings, a portion of which will be used to repurchase Insmed's existing outstanding convertible senior notes due 2025. In addition, Insmed intends to grant the underwriters of the offering of the Shares a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the Shares and to the underwriters of the offering of the Notes a 30-day option, solely to cover over-allotments, to purchase up to an additional 15% in aggregate principal amount of the Notes.
