Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.04 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.98 billion. Second Quarter 2021 Outlook We expect the following ranges in Q2 2021: Closed loan volume of between $82.5 billion and $87.5 billion.
Net rate lock volume of between $81.5 billion and $88.5 billion. Gain on sale margins of 2.65% to 2.95%.
uniQure N.V. (NASDAQ: QURE) 13.5% HIGHER; announced that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 for the global licensing agreement with CSL Behring for etranacogene dezaparvovec, an investigational gene therapy for patients with hemophilia B, expired on May 5, 2021, and the agreement became fully effective today, May 6, 2021. The agreement was contingent on completion of review under antitrust laws in the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The antitrust review process is now complete in all three countries.
Sally Beauty Holdings (NYSE: SBH) 12.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, $0.42 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $926.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $824.97 million.
Avid (NASDAQ: AVID) 9.6% HIGHER; Total revenue increased 9.2% year-over-year in the first quarter, as the Recurring Revenue components of the Companys business remained strong. Subscription revenue was $24.9 million, an increase of 78.2% year-over-year, reflecting continued growth in paid subscriptions and strong enterprise subscription sales in the quarter.
