The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to approximately $26 million of additional common shares.

Fastly, Inc. (NYSE: FSLY) 18.9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.12), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $84.85 million versus the consensus estimate of $85.08 million. CFO Adriel Lares will be stepping down after five years of service.

Rocket Companies (NYSE: RKT) 14% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.89, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.89. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.04 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.98 billion. Second Quarter 2021 Outlook We expect the following ranges in Q2 2021: Closed loan volume of between $82.5 billion and $87.5 billion.
Net rate lock volume of between $81.5 billion and $88.5 billion. Gain on sale margins of 2.65% to 2.95%.

uniQure N.V. (NASDAQ: QURE) 13.5% HIGHER; announced that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 for the global licensing agreement with CSL Behring for etranacogene dezaparvovec, an investigational gene therapy for patients with hemophilia B, expired on May 5, 2021, and the agreement became fully effective today, May 6, 2021. The agreement was contingent on completion of review under antitrust laws in the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The antitrust review process is now complete in all three countries.

Sally Beauty Holdings (NYSE: SBH) 12.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, $0.42 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $926.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $824.97 million.

Avid (NASDAQ: AVID) 9.6% HIGHER; Total revenue increased 9.2% year-over-year in the first quarter, as the Recurring Revenue components of the Companys business remained strong. Subscription revenue was $24.9 million, an increase of 78.2% year-over-year, reflecting continued growth in paid subscriptions and strong enterprise subscription sales in the quarter.

Arlo Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ARLO) 9.2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.03), $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.21). Revenue for the quarter came in at $82.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $76.81 million.

Himax Technologies (NASDAQ: HIMX) 9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.38, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $309 million versus the consensus estimate of $299.17 million. Himax Technologies sees Q2 2021 EPS of $0.54-$0.60, versus the consensus of $0.30.

Etsy (NASDAQ: ETSY) 9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.00, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.88. Revenue for the quarter came in at $550.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $529.77 million. Etsy sees Q2 2021 revenue of $493-536 million, versus the consensus of $494.4 million.

Moderna (NASDAQ: MRNA) 8.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $2.84, $0.45 better than the analyst estimate of $2.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.94 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.44 billion.

Everi Holdings Inc. (NYSE: EVRI) 6.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.21, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $139.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $122.54 million.

Personalis (NASDAQ: PSNL) 6.7% HIGHER; Oppenheimer upgraded from Perform to Outperform with a price target of $28.00.

Maxeon Solar Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: MAXN) 5% HIGHER; Raymond James upgraded from Outperform to Strong Buy with a price target of $33.00 (from $45.00).

Sunrun (NASDAQ: RUN) 5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.12), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $334.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $324.7 million.

Zynga (NASDAQ: ZNGA) 5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.02), $0.11 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Alpha & Omega (NASDAQ: AOSL) 3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.77, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55.
