Synacor (Nasdaq: SYNC) 136.2% HIGHER; AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) shifted a $100 million-per-year contract over to Synacor (Nasdaq: SYNC).

Legacy Reserves (NASDAQ: LGCY) 32.7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.47, $2.14 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.67). Revenue for the quarter came in at $65.86 million versus the consensus estimate of $83.91 million.

Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAWW) 31.5% HIGHER; announced today that it will provide air cargo services to support Amazons (Nasdaq: AMZN) package deliveries to its customers. The new agreements are expected to be meaningfully accretive to Atlas Air Worldwides earnings and cash flows over time. As part of the inherent value creation and to align interests and strengthen the long-term relationship, Atlas Air Worldwide granted Amazon warrants to acquire up to 20 percent (after the issuance) of AAWW’s common shares at a price of $37.50 per share over a period of five years, with vesting tied in part to the commencement of operations of the 20 B767-300 freighter aircraft and other conditions.

Papa Murphy's (NASDAQ: FRSH) 23% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.04, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $33 million versus the consensus estimate of $33.9 million. Domestic comparable store sales decreased by 2.8%, including a 2.8% decrease at both domestic franchisee-owned stores and at company-owned stores, compared with the first quarter of 2015. Revises Comp Guidance Lower.

FuelCell Energy (NASDAQ: FCEL) 20% HIGHER; news of a new collaboration with ExxonMobil (NYSE: XOM). Earlier, the two companies "announced an agreement to pursue novel technology in power plant carbon dioxide capture through a new application of carbonate fuel cells, which could substantially reduce costs and lead to a more economical pathway toward large-scale application globally."

Roadrunner Transportation Systems (NYSE: RRTS) 17.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.13, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $465.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $469.2 million. GUIDANCE: Roadrunner Transportation Systems sees FY2016 EPS of $1.10-$1.25, may not compare to the consensus of $1.31.

EP Energy Corp. (NYSE: EPE) 15.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.19

Zynga (NASDAQ: ZNGA) 14.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.00, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $187 million versus the consensus estimate of $162.19 million.

Weight Watchers (NYSE: WTW) 14% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.17), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.18). Revenue for the quarter came in at $306.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $308.9 million. GUIDANCE: Weight Watchers raises FY2016 EPS to $0.80-$1.05, versus the consensus of $0.87.

Triangle Capital (NYSE: TCAP) 14% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.45, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40.

Fitbit (NYSE: FIT) 12.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.10, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $505 million versus the consensus estimate of $443.24 million. GUIDANCE: Fitbit sees Q2 2016 EPS of $0.08-$0.11, versus the consensus of $0.26. Fitbit sees Q2 2016 revenue of $565-585 million, versus the consensus of $532.8 million. Fitbit sees FY2016 EPS of $1.12-$1.24, versus the consensus of $1.13. Fitbit sees FY2016 revenue of $2.5-2.6 billion, versus the consensus of $2.46 billion.

Chesapeake Energy (NYSE: CHK) 12.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.10), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.10). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.95 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.55 billion. Chesapeake said it sees FY16 CapEx at $1.26 - $.76 billion, from $1.3 - $1.8 billion prior.

UniPixel, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNXL) 11.3% HIGHER; today announced the addition of a new customer, a leading Japanese PC manufacturer, with design wins for two new notebooks. The two new notebooks will feature UniPixel's XTouch and Diamond Guard technologies.

Sequenom (NASDAQ: SQNM) 11% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.11), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.10). Revenue for the quarter came in at $27.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $27.85 million.

ARRIS Group (NASDAQ: ARRS) 9.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.47, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.62 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.58 billion.

Zhaopin Limited (NYSE: ZPIN) 9.4% HIGHER; announced that its board of directors (the "Board") has received a preliminary non-binding proposal letter, dated May 5, 2016, from Mr. Evan Sheng Guo, director and chief executive officer of the Company, Mr. Ge Wang, vice president of the Company, Mr. Weigang Wang, vice president of the Company, Mr. Luyang Tang, vice president of the Company, Mr. Tianruo Pu, chief financial officer of the Company, and Sequoia China Investment Management LLP (together, the "Proposing Buyer Group"), proposing to acquire all outstanding ordinary shares in Zhaopin not owned by the Proposing Buyer Group for US$17.75 in cash per American depositary share, or US$8.875 per ordinary share of the Company, in a taking-private transaction (the "Transaction") . SeaWorld Entertainment (NYSE: SEAS) 8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.56), $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.64). Revenue for the quarter came in at $220.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $216.27 million. Adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $5.9 million, a decrease of $2.1 million, or 55%, compared to an Adjusted EBITDA loss of $3.8 million in the first quarter of 2015. For the full year of 2016, the company expects Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $335 million to $365 million.

Qorvo (NASDAQ: QRVO) 7.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.04, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.92. Revenue for the quarter came in at $607.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $599.16 million. GUIDANCE: Qorvo sees Q2 2017 EPS of $1.05, versus the consensus of $0.96. Qorvo sees Q2 2017 revenue of $650 million, versus the consensus of $625.77 million.

Alibaba (NYSE: BABA) 5.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of RMB3.02, RMB0.50 worse than the analyst estimate of RMB3.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at RMB24.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of RMB23.2 billion.

Kraft Heinz (NASDAQ: KHC) 5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.73, versus $0.53 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.57 billion, versus $6.83 billion reported last year.

Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: SGYP) 5% HIGHER; announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with certain institutional investors to sell 29,948,334 shares of common stock at a price of $3.00 per share.

CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL) 4.9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.71, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.43 billion. CenturyLink sees Q2 2016 EPS of $0.57-$0.62, versus the consensus of $0.63. CenturyLink sees Q2 2016 revenue of $4.38-4.43 billion, versus the consensus of $4.41 billion.

WebMD Health (NASDAQ: WBMD) 4.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.36, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $158.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $156.61 million. GUIDANCE: WebMD Health sees FY2016 EPS of $1.81-$1.93, versus the consensus of $1.80. WebMD Health sees FY2016 revenue of $695-708 million, versus the consensus of $697.38 million. WebMD Health sees Q2 2016 revenue of $163-166 million, versus the consensus of $162.39 million.

Avon Products (NYSE: AVP) 4.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.07), $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.3 billion.

TripAdvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP) 3.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.32, $0.14 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $352 million versus the consensus estimate of $370.46 million.

GoDaddy (NYSE: GDDY) 3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.15), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.18). Revenue for the quarter came in at $433.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $430.62 million. GUIDANCE: GoDaddy sees Q2 2016 revenue of $448-452 million, versus the consensus of $451.5 million. GoDaddy sees FY2016 revenue of $1.83-1.845 billion, versus the consensus of $1.84 billion.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.57), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.60). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.6 billion. Additionally, given the demand for Model 3, they have decided to advance our 500,000 total unit build plan (combined for Model S, Model X, and Model 3) to 2018, two years earlier than previously planned.

Relypsa (NASDAQ: RLYP) 2.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($1.26), $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of ($1.46). Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $6.88 million.
