Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADVM) 54% LOWER; announced a Suspected Unexpected Serious Adverse Reaction (SUSAR) of hypotony (clinically-relevant decrease in ocular pressure) in its INFINITY clinical trial evaluating ADVM-022 gene therapy for the treatment of diabetic macular edema (DME). This event occurred 30 weeks after randomization in one patient treated with a single intravitreal injection of the high dose (6 x 10^11 vg/eye) of ADVM-022 who has developed hypotony, with panuveitis and loss of vision in the treated eye.

Galera Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: GRTX) 45.6% HIGHER; announced updated results from its Phase 1/2 pilot trial of GC4419, versus placebo, in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC) who are undergoing stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). The updated results, as of this data analysis, include a minimum follow up of six months on all 42 patients and were consistent with the positive results reported with a minimum follow up of three months. The Company plans to report final results from the trial after a minimum of one year of follow up, expected during the second half of 2021.

VEREIT, Inc. (NYSE: VER) 19% HIGHER; Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O) and VEREIT, Inc. (NYSE: VER) today announced that the two companies have entered into a definitive merger agreement by which Realty Income will acquire VEREIT in an all-stock transaction, creating a combined company with an enterprise value of approximately $50 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, VEREIT shareholders will receive 0.705 shares of Realty Income stock for every share of VEREIT stock they own.

Overstock.com (NASDAQ: OSTK) 16% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.56, $0.50 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $659.86 million versus the consensus estimate of $582.35 million.

Nokia (NYSE: NOK) 15% HIGHER; reported better-than-expected quarterly earnings.

Pluristem Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: PSTI) 13.7% HIGHER; reported positive topline results in its first study to evaluate the safety and exploratory efficacy of PLX-R18 in humans. The companys Phase I, open-label, dose-escalation study is evaluating the safety and exploratory efficacy of intramuscular injections of PLX-R18 in subjects with incomplete hematopoietic recovery following Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation (HCT).

Aspen Technology (NASDAQ: AZPN) 13.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.05, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $162.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $169.39 million. Aspen Technology sees FY2021 EPS of $4.98-$5.22, versus the consensus of $5.45.

Cheesecake Factory (NASDAQ: CAKE) 8.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.20, $0.29 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter came in at $627.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $597.75 million.

Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CTXS) 10% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.42, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $861 million versus the consensus estimate of $797.64 million. Citrix Systems sees Q2 2021 EPS of $1.15-$1.20, versus the consensus of $1.55. Citrix Systems sees Q2 2021 revenue of $840-850 million, versus the consensus of $828.73 million. Citrix Systems sees FY2021 EPS of $5.60-$5.80, versus the consensus of $6.37. Citrix Systems sees FY2021 revenue of $3.38-3.42 billion, versus the consensus of $3.39 billion.

eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) 8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.09, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.98. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.02 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.97 billion. eBay sees Q2 2021 EPS of $0.91-$0.96, versus the consensus of $1.02. eBay sees Q2 2021 revenue of $2.98-3.03 billion, versus the consensus of $2.93 billion.

Columbus McKinnon Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCO) 7.6% LOWER; Announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions, of $150.0 million of its common stock. The Company intends to grant the underwriters in the offering an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional $22.5 million of the Company’s common stock.

Hologic (NASDAQ: HOLX) 7.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $2.59, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $2.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.54 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.53 billion. Hologic sees Q3 2021 EPS of $1.00-$1.15, versus the consensus of $1.83. Hologic sees Q3 2021 revenue of $1-1.07 billion, versus the consensus of $1.29 billion.

Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) 7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $3.30, $0.93 better than the analyst estimate of $2.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $26.17 billion versus the consensus estimate of $23.67 billion.

Echo Global Logistics (NASDAQ: ECHO) 6.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.61, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $800.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $705.18 million. Echo Global Logistics sees Q2 2021 revenue of $830-870 million, versus the consensus of $714.28 million. Echo Global Logistics sees FY2021 revenue of $3.15-3.35 billion, versus the consensus of $2.88 billion.

Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) 5.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.90, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $1.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.94 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.62 billion. Qualcomm sees Q3 2021 EPS of $1.55-$1.75, versus the consensus of $1.52. Qualcomm sees Q3 2021 revenue of $7.1-7.9 billion, versus the consensus of $7.11 billion.

Teladoc (NYSE: TDOC) 4.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($1.31), may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.62). Revenue for the quarter came in at $453.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $451.92 million. Teladoc sees Q2 2021 revenue of $495-505 million, versus the consensus of $486.2 million. Teladoc sees FY2021 revenue of $1.97-2.02 billion, versus the consensus of $1.99 billion.

ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) 4.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.52, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $1.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.36 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.34 billion.

Align Technology (NASDAQ: ALGN) 4.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $2.49, $0.47 better than the analyst estimate of $2.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $894.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $818.16 million.

Pegasystems (NASDAQ: PEGA) 4.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.26, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $313.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $306.64 million.

OneMain Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: OMF) 3.3% LOWER; announced today the commencement of a proposed secondary public offering of 8,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock by certain entities managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. and Värde Partners, Inc. (together, the “selling stockholders”). The 8,000,000 shares of common stock to be sold in this offering represents approximately 5.9% of the Company’s outstanding common stock as of April 19, 2021. The Company is not selling any shares and will not receive any proceeds from the proposed offering.

O'Reilly Automotive (NASDAQ: ORLY) 3.2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $7.06, $1.79 better than the analyst estimate of $5.27.
