Och-Ziff Capital Management (NYSE: OZM) 10% LOWER; The Justice Department is pushing Och-Ziff Capital Management (NYSE: OZM) to plead guilty in a criminal case and seeking $400 million in civil sanctions related to alleged bribery overseas, according to Dow Jones. Och-Ziff's lawyers have argued it shouldn't be held criminally liable.

Amicus Therapeutics (NASDAQ: FOLD) 8.3% HIGHER; Chardan Capital Markets analyst, Gbola Amusa, makes the case why the stock could be acquired for greater than $22.50 per share.

Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARNA) 8.2% HIGHER; announced favorable results from its Phase 1b multiple-ascending dose clinical trial of APD371, a highly selective and potent agonist of the cannabinoid 2 (CB2) receptor with potential utility in the treatment of pain.

Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. (NYSE: HLX) 7.4% HIGHER; Credit Suisse upgraded from Neutral to Outperform with a price target of $10.00 (from $5.00).

Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) 7.4% LOWER; Said revenue for the first quarter of 2016 is now expected to be in the range of $1,090 million to $1,100 million, below the Company's previous guidance of $1,150 million to $1,190 million, due primarily to weaker than anticipated demand from Enterprise and timing of deployments of certain U.S. and EMEA Tier 1 Telecoms. The Company now expects non-GAAP net income per diluted share of $0.35 to $0.37, compared to the Company's previous guidance of $0.42 to $0.46 per diluted share. (Street sees Q1 EPS of $0.45 on revenue of $1.18 billion).

Celator Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: CPXX) 5.7% HIGHER; Needham & Company initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $24.00.

Chesapeake Energy (NYSE: CHK) 4.2% HIGHER; Tudor Pickering upgraded from Sell to Hold.

aTyr Pharma (NASDAQ: LIFE) 3.3% HIGHER; BMO Capital initiates coverage with a Market Perform rating and a price target of $8.00.

Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (NYSE: SRC) 2.7% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public offering of 27,000,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Spirit has also granted the underwriters a 30‐day option to purchase up to 4,050,000 additional shares of common stock.

Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. (NYSE: REXR) 2.6% LOWER; commenced a public offering of 9,000,000 shares of its common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,350,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. (NYSE: REXR) announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a private REIT that owns a portfolio of nine industrial properties for a total purchase price of approximately $191.0 million, or approximately $125 per square foot, exclusive of closing costs.

Starbucks (NASDAQ: SBUX) 2.3% LOWER; Deutsche Bank downgraded from Buy to Hold with a price target of $64.00 (from $70.00).

Pandora (NYSE: P) 2.1% HIGHER; Citi initiated coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $16.00.

Corning (NYSE: GLW) 2% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs upgraded from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $26.00 (from $19.00).

Rocket Fuel (NASDAQ: FUEL) 2% LOWER; Citi assumed coverage with a Sell rating and a price target of $2.50.

Yandex (NASDAQ: YNDX) 1.9% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs upgraded from Neutral to Buy.

F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) 1.8% LOWER; down on Juniper's warning

Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO) 1.3% LOWER; down on Juniper's warning

Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO) 1.1% HIGHER; announced it has signed agreements for the sale of certain non-core assets for $950 million, bringing the total to approximately $1.3 billion since last year.

Prestige Brands Holdings Inc. (NYSE: PBH) 1% HIGHER; will replace Cleco Corporation. (NYSE: CNL) in the S&P MidCap 400
