Inpixon (NASDAQ: INPX) 61.7% HIGHER; announced it has signed a non-binding term sheet to acquire Locality Systems Inc. (Locality Systems), a technology company based near Vancouver, Canada, specializing in wireless device positioning and radio frequency (RF) augmentation of video surveillance systems. The acquisition is expected to be accretive and is anticipated to have a purchase price consisting of a combination of cash and equity.

Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: OTLK) 41.9% LOWER; announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10,340,000 shares of its common stock, 15-month warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 10,340,000 shares of common stock, and 5-year warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 10,340,000 shares of common stock. BioLexis Pte. Ltd. (BioLexis), the Companys strategic business partner and largest stockholder, led this financing with a $10 million investment.

Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BRSS) 26.2% HIGHER; Global Brass and Copper and Wieland-Werke AG announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement. Wieland is a nearly 200-year-old, family-owned global technology and service leader in the brass and copper industry, known for customer service and innovative solutions.

Safe-T Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: SFET) 16% HIGHER; announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire NetNut Ltd. ("NetNut"), an Israeli-based company focused on business proxy network solutions.

IZEA Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: IZEA) 11.8% HIGHER; reported total bookings of $7.8 million for the first quarter of 2019, an 18% increase compared to $6.6 million in the same quarter of the prior year. During the first quarter, approximately 38% of bookings came from a combination of software licensing and marketplace spend.

PolarityTE, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTE) 11% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. In addition, PolarityTE intends to grant the underwriters for the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of its common stock at the price to the public, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

Boxlight Corporation (NASDAQ: BOXL) 10.4% HIGHER; Maxim Group initiates coverage on with a Buy rating and a price target of $11.00.

    Simulations Plus, Inc. (Nasdaq: SLP) 10.3% HIGHER; Q2 net revenues increased 15%, or $1.1 million, to $8.5 million from $7.4 million.

    Tempur Sealy (NYSE: TPX) 7% HIGHER; resignation of Mattress Firm CEO, Steve Stagner, raises the probability of a renewed relationship with TPX.

    Levi (NYSE: LEVI) 6.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.37, versus ($0.05) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter rose 7% to $1.44 billion versus $1.34 billion last year.

    PhaseBio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: PHAS) 5.9% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock. All of the common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by PhaseBio. In addition, PhaseBio expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the offering.

    Novavax, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVAX) 5.4% HIGHER; announced that Gregory M. Glenn, M.D., President of Research and Development, will share data from its global Phase 3 clinical trial of ResVax, the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) fusion (F) protein recombinant nanoparticle vaccine, as an oral presentation at the World Vaccine Congress in Washington, D.C., being held April 14-17, 2019.

    Guardant Health (NASDAQ: GH) 5% HIGHER; BofA/Merrill Lynch upgraded from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $84.00 (from $81.00).

    First Solar (NASDAQ: FSLR) 4.9% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs analyst Brian Lee added the stock to its Conviction Buy List with a Street-High Price Target of $75 (from $64).

    Digital Turbine (NASDAQ: APPS) 4.3% LOWER; filed a $100 million mixed securities shelf

    JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ: JBLU) 4.1% HIGHER; appears to be gearing up to announce service across the Atlantic as soon as Wednesday, according to CNBC.

    WD-40 Co. (NASDAQ: WDFC) 3.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.14, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $101.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $104.1 million. WD-40 Co. sees FY2019 EPS of $4.51-$4.58, versus the consensus of $4.55. WD-40 Co. sees FY2019 revenue of $425-437 million, versus the consensus of $427.7 million

    AmerisourceBergen (NYSE: ABC) 2.8% LOWER; BofA/Merrill Lynch downgraded from Buy to Underperform.

    Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE: UAA) (NYSE: UA) 2.5% HIGHER; Citi upgraded from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $29.00 (from $23.00) in assumed coverage.

    Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 2% HIGHER; Bipartisan EV bill would benefit Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA), General Motors (NYSE: GM) by adding $7,000 tax credit for 400K vehicles per manufacture - Reuters
