BioTime (NYSE: BTX) 82% HIGHER; announced the appointment of Howard J. Federoff, M.D., Ph.D., as Chief Executive Officer and President and a director as of 16 April 2021. Dr. Federoff succeeds Ronald Guido who was serving as Interim CEO and will remain on Brooklyns management team as Chief Development Officer.

Scienjoy Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: SJ) 49% HIGHER; announced that, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Scienjoy Inc., it has entered into a strategic alliance via a Master Services Agreement with Snipp Interactive Inc. (TSX-V:SPN; OTC:SNIPF), a global provider of digital marketing promotions, rebates, and loyalty solutions.

Cara Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: CARA) 12.9% HIGHER; will replace MTS Systems Corp. (NASDAQ: MTSC) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Thursday, April 8. S&P 500 constituent Amphenol Corp. (NYSE: APH) is acquiring MTS Systems in a deal expected to be completed soon pending final closing conditions.

Romeo Power, Inc. (NYSE: RMO) 12% HIGHER; announced today a long-term supply agreement with PACCAR (Nasdaq: PCAR), a global technology leader in the design, manufacture and customer support of high-quality light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks under the Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF nameplates, to provide battery packs, modules and battery management systems (BMS) for PACCAR’s battery electric vehicles (BEVs).

Illumina, Inc. (NASDAQ: ILMN) 10.5% HIGHER; today announced preliminary revenue for the first quarter of fiscal year 2021 and updated its fiscal year 2021 revenue guidance. Subject to quarter-end closing adjustments, Illumina expects to report first quarter 2021 revenue of approximately $1,085 million, compared to $859 million in the first quarter of 2020. This represents year-over-year revenue growth of approximately 26% for the quarter. For fiscal year 2021, Illumina now expects year-over-year revenue growth in the range of 25%-28% compared to fiscal year 2020. (*Consensus sees Q1 Revenue of $924.6 million).

Mudrick Capital Acquisition Corporation II (NASDAQ: MUDS) 8.9% HIGHER; The Topps Company, Inc., a global leader in sports and entertainment collectibles and confections, and Mudrick Capital Acquisition Corporation II (NASDAQ: MUDS), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced a definitive agreement for a business combination that will result in Topps becoming a public company. Upon closing of the transaction, which is expected in late second or early third quarter, the combined company will be named Topps and remain listed on NASDAQ under the new ticker symbol TOPP.

JOANN (NASDAQ: JOAN) 7.4% HIGHER; Numerous Wall Street firms, including Credit Suisse, BofA, Telsey, Wells Fargo, Piper Sandler, Guggenheim, and Barclays, have all started coverage of the stock coverage with a Buy rating of equivalent.

Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: UCTT) 6.8% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $175.0 million of its common stock. All of the shares of common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by the Company. In addition, the Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of Ultra Clean's common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Golden Nugget Online Gaming (NASDAQ: GNOG) 6.5% HIGHER; Jefferies initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $28.00.

Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES) 6% LOWER; announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of 9,500,000 shares of Class A common stock, $0.01 par value per share, of the Company. Ares expects to grant to the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase up to 1,425,000 additional shares of Class A common stock.

Longboard Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: LBPH) 5.6% HIGHER; Cantor Fitzgerald initiates coverage with an Overweight rating and a price target of $32.00.

InspireMD (NYSE: NSPR) 5% LOWER; files to offer up to 1,341,68 shares for selling shareholders.

Greenbrier Cos. (NYSE: GBX) 4.4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.28), $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.37). Revenue for the quarter came in at $296 million versus the consensus estimate of $386.58 million.

ViacomCBS Inc. (NASDAQ: VIAC) 3.3% LOWER; more blocks for sale via Credit Suisse.
