NANO-X IMAGING LTD (NASDAQ: NNOX) 58.5% HIGHER; announced today that its single-source Nanox.ARC digital x-ray technology has received 510(k) clearance from the US Food and Drug Administration.

dMY Technology Group, Inc. II (NYSE: DMYD) 22.5% HIGHER; company's target acquisition Genius Sports Group announced a deal with the NFL to distribute play-by-play, betting, and Next Gen Stats data feeds to global media and gaming markets.

Leaf Group Ltd. (NYSE: LEAF) 21% HIGHER; Graham Holdings Company (NYSE: GHC) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of common stock of Leaf Group Ltd. (NYSE: LEAF) at $8.50 per share in an all cash transaction valued at approximately $323 million. Leaf Group, headquartered in Santa Monica, CA, is a consumer internet company that builds enduring, creator-driven brands that reach passionate audiences in large and growing lifestyle categories, including fitness and wellness (Well+Good, Livestrong.com and MyPlate App), and home, art and design (Saatchi Art, Society6 and Hunker).

Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: ACAD) 16.5% LOWER; announced that the Company has received a Complete Response Letter (CRL) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding its supplemental New Drug Application (sNDA) for NUPLAZID® (pimavanserin) for the treatment of hallucinations and delusions associated with dementia-related psychosis (DRP). The FDA issued a CRL to indicate that they have completed their review of the application and has determined that the application cannot be approved in its present form.

GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) 9.6% LOWER; today announced that it has filed a prospectus supplement withthe U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, under which it may offer and sell up to a maximum of 3,500,000 shares of its common stock from time to time through an at-the-market equity offering program. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from any sales of its Common Stock under the ATM Offering to further accelerate its transformation as well as for general corporate purposes and further strengthening its balance sheet. The timing and amount of any sales will be determined by a variety of factors considered by the Company.

Invitae (NYSE: NVTA) 8.9% HIGHER; announced that a small group of investors, led by SB Management, a subsidiary of Softbank Group Corp., will make an investment of $1.15 billion in convertible senior notes to support the Company's future growth initiatives.

Gogo (NASDAQ: GOGO) 8.9% HIGHER; William Blair upgraded from Market Perform to Outperform.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 7% HIGHER; announced that in the first quarter, the produced just over 180,000 vehicles and delivered nearly 185,000 vehicles, beating the consensus of 174,000.

ZK International Group Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: ZKIN) 5.8% HIGHER; is pleased to announce that it has led a $50M Series A funding round in CG Malta Holding Limited ("CGM"), a rapidly-growing, privately-held multi-state and globally licensed sports betting and casino operator, to launch MaximBet.com. MaximBet is a strategic partnership with Maxim, the renowned media brand and CGM.
