Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: HOFV) 75% HIGHER; announced it has signed a partnership with Dolphin Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: DLPN), a leading independent entertainment marketing and premium content development firm, to offer non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that will allow fans of professional football and sports entertainment to buy and sell exclusive content developed by HOFV and its partners. The partnership provides the Company with another way to generate revenue from its burgeoning media division.

Dolphin Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: DLPN) 60% HIGHER; adds to yesterday's 236% gain on NFT play, deal with HOFV.

ZK International Group Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: ZKIN) 32.7% HIGHER; pleased to announce that the Company has formed a new wholly-owned subsidiary, xSigma Entertainment Limited, with the intent of acquiring online gaming assets.

Second Sight Medical Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: EYES) 24% LOWER; entered into definitive securities purchase agreements with accredited investors for a private placement that will result in gross proceeds to Second Sight of $27.9 million, before deducting placement offering expenses. Second Sight will issue 4,650,000 shares of common stock at a price of $6.00 per share. This private placement is expected to close on March 26, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. The net proceeds from the private placement are expected to provide working capital for the Company.

BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: BCLI) 21.4% HIGHER; announced today topline data from the Company's Phase 2 trial evaluating three repeated administrations of NurOwn® (MSC-NTF cells), each given 2 months apart, as a treatment for progressive multiple sclerosis (MS). The study achieved the primary endpoint of safety and improvements were observed in secondary endpoints spanning neurologic function, cognition, and biomarkers.

CASI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: CASI) 13.2% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions, to issue and sell shares of its common stock

StoneMor Inc (NYSE: STON) 13% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.05), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $74.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $85.58 million.

GameStop (NYSE: GME) 12% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.34, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.11 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.21 billion. Said since January 2021, it has been evaluating whether to increase the size of the ATM Program and whether to potentially sell shares of its Class A Common Stock under the increased ATM Program during the course of fiscal 2021, primarily to fund the acceleration of our future transformation initiatives.

Steelcase (NYSE: SCS) 11.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.06, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $677.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $650.4 million. Steelcase sees Q1 2022 EPS of ($0.34)-($0.27), versus the consensus of ($0.10).

LiveXLive Media (Nasdaq: LIVX) 11.4% HIGHER; announced today that it is launching a series of pay-per-view (PPV) shows on Facebook's new paid online event feature spanning comedy, sports and podcasting to be marketed globally. People can purchase access to the online event on both platforms.

ViacomCBS (NASDAQ: VIAC) (NASDAQ: VIACA) 7.5% LOWER; announced the pricing of concurrent offerings of 20,000,000 shares of its Class B common stock, par value $0.001 per share), at a price to the public of $85.00 per share and 10,000,000 shares of its 5.75% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share, at a price to the public and liquidation preference of $100.00 per share. ViacomCBS has granted the underwriters separate 30-day options to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 shares of Class B common stock and up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, which, in the case of the Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock offering, is solely to cover over-allotments, if any. The Offerings are expected to close on March 26, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. The closing of each Offering is not contingent upon the closing of the other Offering.

BioNano Genomics, Inc. (NASDAQ: BNGO) 4.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 revenue of $4 million versus the consensus estimate of $3.5 million.

General Mills (NYSE: GIS) 3.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.82, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.84. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.44 billion.

Prothena Corporation plc (NASDAQ: PRTA) 1.8% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its ordinary shares
