Revenue for the quarter came in at $86.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $74.06 million. Upstream Worldwide, Inc. sees Q1 2021 revenue of $112-118 million, versus the consensus of $73.78 million. Upstream Worldwide, Inc. sees FY2021 revenue of $500 million, versus the consensus of $354.3 million.

Takung Art Co., Ltd. (NYSE: TKAT) 33% HIGHER; adds to gains as NFT play

Sino-Global Shipping America, Ltd. (NASDAQ: SINO) 28% HIGHER; announced it will launch a new exchange for NFTs (non-fungible tokens) in collaboration with e-commerce public chain CyberMiles. The new NFT exchange will serve as a highly-secure, robust platform for collectors, artists, musicians and investors to create, sell and buy one of a kind, digital content represented as NFTs. The companies expect to officially launch their new NFT platform in July 2021, providing a critical link between the virtual blockchain world and the physical world.

Translate Bio (Nasdaq: TBIO) 14.5% LOWER; announced results from the second interim analysis from a first-in-human Phase 1/2 clinical trial evaluating the safety and tolerability of single- and multiple-ascending doses of MRT5005 in patients with cystic fibrosis (CF). MRT5005 is designed to address the underlying cause of CF regardless of genetic mutation by delivering mRNA encoding fully functional cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) protein to cells in the lung through nebulization.

ContraFect Corporation (Nasdaq: CFRX) 13.3% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock.

Luminar Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAZR) 12% HIGHER; announced a strategic partnership with SAIC Motor Corporation Limited, the largest automaker in China and a Fortune Global 100 company. Luminar is to power the autonomous capabilities and advanced safety features in SAICs new R brand vehicles for series production with its industry-leading lidar as well as components of its Sentinel software system. The R brand program is expected to begin series production with Luminar starting in 2022, with the parties longer-term goal being widespread standardization across all vehicle lines.

Williams-Sonoma (NYSE: WSM) 11.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $3.95, $0.56 better than the analyst estimate of $3.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.29 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.17 billion.

Canadian Solar (NASDAQ: CSIQ) 8.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.11, $0.66 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.55). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.04 billion versus the consensus estimate of $997.88 million.

Lordstown Motors (NASDAQ: RIDE) 8% LOWER; On its earnings call, the CEO said it received an inquiry from the SEC related to the Hindenburg Research short report.

Infinity Pharmaceutical (NASDAQ: INFI) 7% HIGHER; Truist Securities initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $12.00.
