Savara (NASDAQ: SVRA) 27% HIGHER; Piper Sandler initiates coverage with an Overweight rating and a price target of $7.00.

Annovis Bio Inc. (NYSE: ANVS) 25% HIGHER; announced results of an interim analysis from a double-blind, placebo-controlled study of ANVS401, its lead drug candidate for the treatment of PD and AD. Patients' speed and coordination scores both improved following 25 days of ANVS401 treatment, with no serious adverse events.

FinTech Acquisition Corp. V (NASDAQ: FTCV) 19% HIGHER; eToro Group Ltd., a multi-asset investment platform that empowers people to grow their knowledge and wealth as part of a global community of successful investors, and FinTech Acquisition Corp. V (NASDAQ: FTCV), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, announced today that they have entered into a definitive business combination agreement. Upon closing of the transaction, the combined company will operate as eToro Group Ltd. and is expected to be listed on NASDAQ.

iCAD, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICAD) 11.7% HIGHER; announced after the close that ProFound AI® Version 3.0 for Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT) was cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Compared to previous versions of the software, the ProFound AI 3.0 algorithm offers up to a 10% improvement in specificity performance and up to 1% improvement in sensitivity.1 ProFound AI Version 3.0 also offers up to 40% faster processing on the new PowerLook platform.

Sunrun (NASDAQ: RUN) 7.4% LOWER; Morgan Stanley clean tech analyst Stephen Byrd said proposed changes from utilities for rooftop solar customers in California skews negative for Sunrun (NASDAQ: RUN) and SunPower (NASDAQ: SPWR) if adopted.

Fulgent Genetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLGT) 7.2% HIGHER; announced that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has awarded the Company a contract to provide genomic sequencing of samples of SARS-CoV-2 on an ongoing basis, leveraging the Companys Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) capabilities.

Vuzix Corp. (NASDAQ: VUZI) 6.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.09), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.23 million versus the consensus estimate of $4.01 million.

Rubius Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUBY) 4.6% LOWER; announces that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $150 million of shares of its common stock

Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation (NYSE: ACRE) 4.5% LOWER; announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 shares of common stock. The Company expects to grant to the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase up to 1,050,000 additional shares of common stock.

Pangaea Logistics Solutions (NASDAQ: PANL) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.14, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $112.85 million versus the consensus estimate of $98.05 million.

Nikola (NASDAQ: NKLA) 2.9% LOWER; files S-1 for $100M in common stock.

Paya Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: PAYA) 2.8% LOWER; announced the commencement of a public offering of its common stock by the Company and a selling stockholder. The Company is offering 10,000,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the selling stockholder is offering 10,000,000 shares of common stock pursuant to the Registration Statement. The selling stockholder intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 shares of Paya’s common stock.

CarLotz, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOTZ) 1.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($1.30), versus ($1.23) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $37 million, versus $26.4 million reported last year. Also, announced today it will open a fourth hub in its home state of Virginia. The new hub, the Company’s twelfth nationwide, located at 1389 Richmond Road in Charlottesville, is expected to open by the end of May. CarLotz currently operates its other Virginia hubs in Richmond, Midlothian, and Chesapeake.
