Mammoth Energy Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: TUSK) 35.9% HIGHER; announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Aquawolf, LLC (“Aquawolf”), has been awarded a contract by a major utility to provide engineering and design services. The three-year contract is expected to generate up to approximately $40 million in revenue over the contract term.

Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: SHIP) 24.8% LOWER; announced today that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain unaffiliated institutional investors to purchase approximately 44,150,000 of its common shares (the “Common Shares”) at a price of $1.70 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $75.0 million, in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.

Armstrong Flooring (NYSE: AFI) 18% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($1.37), versus ($1.05) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $143.9 million, versus $141.3 million reported last year.
Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD) 17.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.64, $0.37 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $206.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $196.06 million. Cornerstone OnDemand sees Q1 2021 revenue of $203-205 million, versus the consensus of $201.4 million.

Kar Auction Services (NYSE: KAR) 17% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.01), $0.29 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $529.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $571.95 million. Kar Auction Services sees FY2021 EPS of $0.87, versus the consensus of $1.50.

DiaMedica Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: DMAC) 15.4% HIGHER; Roth Capital initiates coverage on with a Buy rating and a price target of $38.00.

Kornit Digital (NASDAQ: KRNT) 10.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $72.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.01 million.

    Aeterna Zentaris Inc. (NASDAQ: AEZS) 8.3% LOWER; announced that it has entered into an underwriting agreement with H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC under which the underwriter has agreed to purchase on a firm commitment basis 6,896,552 common shares of Aeterna, at a price to the public of $1.45 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about February 19, 2021, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

    MicroVision, Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS) 7.9% LOWER; entered into a $50 million At-the-Market (ATM) equity offering agreement with Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC (Craig-Hallum).

    La-Z-Boy Incorporated (NYSE: LZB) 5% LOWER; announced that Kurt L. Darrow will retire from his positions as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on April 25, 2021, after more than 40 years of service to the company. His retirement follows the end of La-Z-Boys fiscal 2021 year. He will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors, in a non-executive capacity.
