Fortress Investment Group LLC (NYSE: FIG) 28.3% HIGHER; SoftBank Group Corp. and Fortress Investment Group LLC (NYSE: FIG) announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which SoftBank will acquire Fortress for approximately $3.3 billion in cash.

Fossil Group (NASDAQ: FOSL) 19.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.03, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $959 million versus the consensus estimate of $977.13 million. GUIDANCE: Fossil Group sees Q1 2017 EPS of ($1.06)-($0.92). Net sales to decrease in the range of 13.0% to 9.5%. FY 2017 GAAP EPS of ($0.50)-$0.20. Net sales to be in the range of a 6.5% decline to flat.

Auris Medical Holding AG (NASDAQ: EARS) 19% LOWER; announced that it is offering to sell common shares and warrants to purchase its common shares in an underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective registration statement on Form F-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The common shares and warrants are being sold in units. In connection with this offering, the Company expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the common shares and/or warrants sold in the offering.

Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) 14.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.07, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $934.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $914.19 million.

Trupanion (NASDAQ: TRUP) 12% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.06), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $51.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $50.61 million.

Photronics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLAB) 7.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.03, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $109.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $108.88 million. GUIDANCE: Photronics, Inc. sees Q2 2017 EPS of $0.01-$0.07, versus the consensus of $0.12. Photronics, Inc. sees Q2 2017 revenue of $105-115 million, versus the consensus of $116.25 million.

LendingClub (NYSE: LC) 6.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.02), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $129.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $121.84 million. GUIDANCE: LendingClub sees Q1 2017 revenue of $117-122 million. Sees FY 2017 revenues of $565-595 million.

SodaStream (NASDAQ: SODA) 6.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.71, $0.41 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $131.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $124.75 million.

SolarEdge Technologies (NASDAQ: SEDG) 5.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.32, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $111.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $115.82 million. GUIDANCE: SolarEdge Technologies sees Q3 2017 revenue of $110-120 million, versus the consensus of $108.4 million.

Potbelly (NASDAQ: PBPB) 4.65% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.08, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $102.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $102.27 million. Company-operated comparable store sales increased 0.1%.

American International Group Inc (NYSE: AIG) 4.4% LOWER; reported a bigger quarterly loss, as company recorded a $5.6 billion (4.49 billion pounds) charge related to measures to reduce reserve additions.

Agilent Technologies (NYSE: A) 3.7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.53, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $130.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $121.69 million. GUIDANCE: Shopify sees Q1 2017 revenue of $120-122 million, versus the consensus of $117.21 million. Shopify sees FY2017 revenue of $580-600 million, versus the consensus of $563.32 million.

Universal Display (NASDAQ: OLED) 2% HIGHER; Susquehanna initiates coverage with a Positive rating and a price target of $100.00.

Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE: UAA) (NYSE: UA) 1.4% LOWER; Susquehanna downgraded from Neutral to Negative with a price target of $14.00 (from $24.00).

Angie's List (NASDAQ: ANGI) 1.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.15, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $76.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $78.01 million.
