XBiotech Inc. (NASDAQ: XBIT) 25.4% LOWER; announced the preliminary results of its modified Dutch auction tender offer, which expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 12, 2020. Based on the preliminary count by American Stock Transfer & Trust Co., LLC, the depositary for the tender offer, a total of 41,164,725 common shares of XBiotech were properly tendered and not properly withdrawn at or below the maximum purchase price of $33.00 per share, including 2,178,233 shares that were tendered by notice of guaranteed delivery. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender offer and based on the preliminary count by the depositary, XBiotech expects to accept for payment, at a purchase price of $30.00, approximately 14,000,000 common shares properly tendered at or below the purchase price and not properly withdrawn before the expiration date, at an aggregate cost of approximately $420 million, excluding fees and expenses relating to the tender offer. The preliminary proration factor for shares that XBiotech expects to purchase pursuant to the tender offer is approximately 30.91 percent, before giving effect to odd lots.

Akorn, Inc. (Nasdaq: AKRX) 19.3% LOWER; announced it has reached an agreement with certain of its lenders to extend the standstill period. The agreement defines a path forward and outlines milestones to execute a sale of Akorn's business, potentially using Chapter 11 protection in order to address Akorn's litigation-related overhangs and execute a transaction that maximizes value.

Akerna Corp. (Nasdaq: KERN) 16.8% LOWER; Reported revenues of approximately $3.3 million, an increase of 28% compared to the quarter ended December 31, 2018.

Catalyst Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBIO) 13.6% LOWER; announced that it is offering shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.

TechTarget (NASDAQ: TTGT) 13.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.27, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $35.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $35.66 million. TechTarget sees Q1 2020 revenue of $31.5-32.5 million, versus the consensus of $32.6 million. TechTarget sees FY2020 revenue of $146-148 million, versus the consensus of $146.7 million.

Bloom Energy (NYSE: BE) 12.3% LOWER; today announced that the Company expects to present its fourth quarter and full year results on or before March 16, 2020 and to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019 in compliance with the required filing deadline. The Company also announced it will restate certain prior period financial statements due to an accounting error related to its Managed Services Agreements (MSAs). MSAs are one of the Companys three customer financing options to acquire Bloom Energy servers

NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) 12% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.16, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.46 billion. NetApp sees Q4 2020 EPS of $1.28-$1.36, versus the consensus of $1.39. NetApp sees Q4 2020 revenue of $1.455-1.605 billion, versus the consensus of $1.57 billion.

AVROBIO, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVRO) 8.4% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, $100 million of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.

Redfin (NASDAQ: RDFN) 7.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.08), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Tempur Sealy (NYSE: TPX) 4.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.37, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $1.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $871.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $771.42 million. For the full year 2020, the Company currently expects adjusted EBITDA(1) to range from $575 million to $650 million.

Applied Materials (NASDAQ: AMAT) 3.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.98, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.93. Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) 2.8% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer approximately $2 billion of common stock in an underwritten registered public offering. Tesla has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to approximately $300 million of additional common stock.

ASGN Inc. (NYSE: ASGN) 2.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.28, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.03 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1 billion.
