Incyte (NASDAQ: INCY) 14.2% LOWER; announced its decision to discontinue the Phase 3 study (JANUS 1) of ruxolitinib or placebo in combination with capecitabine for the second-line treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer. The decision to stop the study was made after a planned interim analysis of JANUS 1 demonstrated that ruxolitinib plus capecitabine did not show a sufficient level of efficacy to warrant continuation.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.96 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.99 billion. announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase of the existing share repurchase authorization for its common stock over the next 12 months to $300 Million from $150 Million previously.

O'Reilly Automotive (NASDAQ: ORLY) 4.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.19, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $2.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.95 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.91 billion. O'Reilly Automotive sees Q1 2016 EPS of $2.41-$2.51, versus the consensus of $2.38. O'Reilly Automotive sees FY2016 EPS of $10.10-$10.50, versus the consensus of $10.39. O'Reilly Automotive sees FY2016 revenue of $8.4-8.6 billion, versus the consensus of $8.50 billion. Also, announced that its Board of Directors approved a resolution to increase the authorization amount under its share repurchase program by an additional $750 million.

Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD) 3.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.02), $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $95.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $97.53 million.

Shire plc (NASDAQ: SHPG) 3.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.97, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $2.89. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.72 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.69 billion.

Whole Foods Market (NASDAQ: WFM) 2.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.46, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. This was below the consensus of 324 million. MAUs, excluding SMS Fast Followers, grew 6% year over year to 305 million, but were down on a sequential basis from 307 million in Q3. The company sees Q1 revenue of $595-$610 million, versus the consensus of $629.3 million.
