Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: TNXP) 56.5% LOWER; announced today that the Company has decided to stop enrollment in the Phase 3 RECOVERY study of Tonmya# or TNX-102 SL* (cyclobenzaprine HCl sublingual tablets) 5.6 mg for the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) following an unblinded, pre-specified interim analysis by the Independent Data Monitoring Committee (IDMC). Based on interim analysis results of the first 50% of enrolled participants, the IDMC recommended stopping the trial for futility as Tonmya is unlikely to demonstrate a statistically significant improvement in the primary endpoint of overall change from baseline in the severity of PTSD symptoms, as measured by the Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale for DSM-5 (CAPS-5) between those treated with Tonmya and those receiving placebo. Preliminary blinded safety data from these participants did not reveal any serious and/or unexpected adverse events and the decision to discontinue enrolling in the study is not related to safety. The Company intends to continue studying those participants currently enrolled until completion and then proceed with a full analysis of the unblinded data to determine the next steps in this program, with the topline results expected to be reported in the second quarter of 2020. The Company is reallocating resources from the PTSD program to the Phase 3 fibromyalgia study of TNX-102 SL 5.6 mg that is currently enrolling and from which interim results are expected in the third quarter.

ReWalk Robotics Ltd. (NASDAQ: RWLK) 39.5% LOWER; announced the pricing of a public offering of 5,600,000 units at a price to the public of $1.25 per unit, for gross proceeds of $7.0 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other estimated offering expenses payable by ReWalk. Each unit contains one ordinary share (or ordinary share equivalent) and one common warrant to purchase one ordinary share. The ordinary shares (or ordinary share equivalents) and common warrants included in the units can only be purchased together in this offering, but will be issued separately and will be immediately separable upon issuance. Funko, Inc. (Nasdaq: FNKO) 35.8% LOWER; Net sales are expected to be approximately $214 million, a decrease of 8% compared to $233 million in the fourth quarter of 2018. Net sales were below expectations in mature markets, including the U.S., due to the challenging retail environment, which resulted in lower than expected purchases among Funkos top customers throughout the holiday season as well as softness in sales related to certain tentpole movie releases. These factors more than offset strong growth both in Europe and the Loungefly brand during the quarter. (*Consensus sees Q4 revenue of $264.3).

Net proceeds are largely expected to be used to pay down debt and reduce pension obligations, thereby significantly improving Unisys' balance sheet, its U.S. pension funded status and overall financial flexibility. The transaction was unanimously approved by the Unisys Board of Directors and is expected to close in the first half of 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
