Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 14% HIGHER; adds to recent momentum

Rockwell Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMTI) 13.7% LOWER; announced an underwritten public offering of its common stock. In addition, Rockwell Medical has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of shares of its common stock offered in the public offering.

CTI BioPharma Corp. (NASDAQ: CTIC) 12% HIGHER; adds to intra-day gains.

EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: EYPT) 10% HIGHER; signed an exclusive license agreement with Equinox Science, LLC, to develop vorolanib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, for the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration (wAMD), diabetic retinopathy (DR) and retinal vein occlusion (RVO). Vorolanib is being developed as EYP-1901 utilizing Eyepoints bioerodible Durasert technology, a miniaturized, injectable, sustained-release intravitreal drug delivery system with a 6-month duration. The Company recently completed a positive Type B pre-Investigational New Drug (IND) meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clarifying the pathway for a phase 1 clinical trial. The Company expects this phase 1 trial to provide data in the second half of 2021.

EZCORP (NASDAQ: EZPW) 8.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.16, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $222.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $231.17 million.

Kennametal (NYSE: KMT) 7.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.17, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $505 million versus the consensus estimate of $520.53 million. Kennametal sees FY2020 EPS of $1.20-$1.50, versus the consensus of $1.77

Weight Watchers International (NASDAQ: WW) 7.4% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs upgraded from Neutral to Buy, PT $48.00 (from $26.00).

e.l.f. Beauty (NYSE: ELF) 7% HIGHER; Piper Sandler upgraded from Neutral to Overweight with a price target of $19.00.

Ralph Lauren (NYSE: RL) 6.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.86, $0.41 better than the analyst estimate of $2.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.72 billion.

MTS Systems (NASDAQ: MTSC) 5.9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.37, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $205.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $225.84 million.

    Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOG) (NASDAQ: GOOGL) 4.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $15.35, $2.76 better than the analyst estimate of $12.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $46.08 billion versus the consensus estimate of $46.94 billion.

    Leggett & Platt (NYSE: LEG) 4.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.68, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.66.     Catalent, Inc. (NYSE: CTLT) 2.7% LOWER; announced that it has launched an underwritten public offering (the “Offering”) of $500 million of its common stock. In connection with the Offering, Catalent intends to grant the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to $75 million of additional shares of its common stock.

    Allegheny Technologies (NYSE: ATI) 2.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.36, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.02 billion versus the consensus estimate of $994.42 million.
