Brickell Biotech Inc. (NASDAQ: BBI) 30% HIGHER; H.C. Wainwright initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $2.00.

NeuroMetrix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NURO) 25% HIGHER; announced that its Quell® technology has received Breakthrough Designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for reducing moderate to severe symptoms of chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy that have persisted for at least 6-months following the end of chemotherapy.

Surgalign Holdings, Inc., (NASDAQ: SRGA) 22% HIGHER; announced that it has received U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance for its HOLO Portal surgical guidance system for use within lumbar spine procedures. Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA) 6% HIGHER; gains on ATVI/MSFT deal

Gap, Inc. (NYSE: GPS) 5.9% LOWER; Morgan Stanley downgraded from Equalweight to Underweight with a price target of $14.00 (from $20.00).

Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) 4.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $10.81, $0.95 worse than the analyst estimate of $11.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.64 billion versus the consensus estimate of $12.08 billion.

Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CTXS) 4.3% HIGHER; Elliott Investments Management and Vista Equity Partners are in advanced talks to buy Citrix Systems (NASDAQ: CTXS), according to a report from Bloomberg Friday night, citing people familiar with the matter.

Alibaba (NYSE: BABA) 4.1% LOWER; The Biden administration is reviewing e-commerce giant Alibaba's cloud business to determine whether it poses a risk to U.S. national security, according to three people briefed on the matter, as the government ramps up scrutiny of Chinese technology companies' dealings with U.S. firms.

Brinker Int'l (NYSE: EAT) 3% LOWER; Wedbush downgraded from Outperform to Neutral with a price target of $42.00 (from $54.00).
