DBV Technologies (Nasdaq: DBVT) 48.1% HIGHER; announced the receipt of written responses from the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to questions provided in the Type A meeting request the Company submitted in October 2020. The Type A meeting request was submitted following the Companys receipt of a Complete Response Letter (CRL) in connection with its Biologics License Application (BLA) for Viaskin Peanut (DBV712), an investigational, non-invasive, once-daily epicutaneous patch to treat peanut allergy in children ages 4 to 11 years.

Accolade, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACCD) 13.6% HIGHER; announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Innovation Specialists, LLC (d/b/a 2nd.MD), a leading Expert Medical Opinion and medical decision support company based in Houston, TX.

3D Systems (NYSE: DDD) 10.3% LOWER; JPMorgan downgraded from Neutral to Underweight with a price target of $18.00 (from $14.00).

Stratasys Inc. (NASDAQ: SSYS) 8% LOWER; JPMorgan downgraded from Neutral to Underweight with a price target of $23.00 (from $18.00).

Axon Enterprise, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAXN) 7.3% HIGHER; Morgan Stanley upgraded from Equalweight to Overweight with a price target of $185.00 (from $115.00), citing faster penetration into new markets and appreciating SaaS multiples.

voxeljet AG (NASDAQ: VJET) 5.9% LOWER; Management board today approved, with the consent of the supervisory board, an increase in the company’s capital against cash contributions, under exclusion of the subscription rights of existing shareholders, in an amount of up to EUR 1,450,800.00. In conjunction with the capital increase, the company will issue new registered ordinary shares with dividend entitlements beginning for the 2020 financial year, which will be offered in the form of American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"). Each ADR represents one ordinary share. The offering period for the ADRs will run from January 14 until on or about January 15, 2021. The ADRs are listed on NASDAQ.

Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE: OII) 5.8% HIGHER; announces that its Subsea Robotics segment won multiple contracts during the fourth quarter of 2020, with anticipated aggregate revenue in excess of $225 million. These contracts are with international oil and gas operators and marine construction companies, and range in duration from several months to five years. The work scopes are primarily for remotely operated vehicle (ROV) services delivered from floating drilling rigs and multi-service, subsea intervention, and construction vessels. Also included among the contracted scopes are ROV tooling, survey, positioning, and autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) services.

Poshmark, Inc. (POSH)

GrafTech International Ltd. (NYSE: EAF) 3.4% LOWER; announced that an affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. and Brookfield Business Partners LP, members of the Brookfield consortium that has a majority ownership interest in GrafTech, intends, subject to market conditions, to offer 20,000,000 shares of GrafTech common stock in an underwritten secondary offering. The selling stockholder will receive all of the net proceeds from the offering. GrafTech is not offering any shares of common stock in the offering.

DermTech, Inc. (NASDAQ: DMTK) 3.4% HIGHER; announced today that SKIN has published the results of a large registry study finding that the evaluation of genomic atypia using DermTechs Pigmented Lesion Assay (the PLA) may be a superior approach to guide treatment decisions and manage pigmented lesions, when compared to visual assessment of pigmented lesions.

Progress Software Corporation (NASDAQ: PRGS) 2.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.91, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.77. Revenue for the quarter came in at $122.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $128.01 million. Progress Software Corporation sees Q1 2021 EPS of $0.72-$0.76, versus the consensus of $0.81. Progress Software Corporation sees Q1 2021 revenue of $119-123 million. Progress Software Corporation sees FY2021 EPS of $3.22-$3.28, versus the consensus of $3.21. Progress Software Corporation sees FY2021 revenue of $513-521 million, versus the consensus of $516 million.
