Novavax, Inc. (Nasdaq: NVAX) 10% LOWER; vaccine stocks lower.

Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS) 9.4% HIGHER; Macau plans to give a maximum of six casino licenses for a tenure extending to 13 years and limit the public float of gambling operators as part of legal changes aimed a tightening government oversight, according to Bloomberg. Licenses will carry a term of 10 years which can be stretched another three years.

Boston Beer Co. (NYSE: SAM) 9.4% LOWER; Based on information currently in hand, the Company projects full year 2021 earnings per diluted share to be between a loss of $1.00 and income of $1.00, a decrease from the prior guidance of income between $2.00 and $6.00. This projection excludes the impact of ASU 2016-09. (Consensus sees FY EPS of $5.02)

Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ: WYNN) 7.7% HIGHER; Macau plans to give a maximum of six casino licenses for a tenure extending to 13 years and limit the public float of gambling operators as part of legal changes aimed a tightening government oversight, according to Bloomberg. Licenses will carry a term of 10 years which can be stretched another three years.

Perella Weinberg Partners (Nasdaq: PWP) 6.4% LOWER; announced that it has commenced a public offering of 3,502,033 shares of Class A common stock (the Offering). The proceeds from the Offering will be used by the Company to purchase from certain non-employee holders (i) outstanding PWP Holdings LP Class A partnership units and (ii) outstanding shares of the Company's Class B common stock. PWP will not retain any proceeds from the Offering.

Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (NYSE: SRC) 4.5% LOWER; announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its common stock on a forward basis in connection with the forward sale agreements described below.

JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) 4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $3.33, $0.32 better than the analyst estimate of $3.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $29.9 billion.

Amicus Therapeutics (NASDAQ: FOLD) 3.5% HIGHER; SVB Leerink upgraded from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $16.00 (from $12.00).

SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) 3% HIGHER; Reported its preliminary Q4 and full 2021-year results, with total revenue growing 6% year-over-year to €7.98 billion (or 3% at constant currencies). The quarter was highlighted by a rapid acceleration of the current cloud backlog to €9.45 billion, up 32% (up 26% at constant currencies) and SAP S/4HANA current cloud backlog increasing 84% to €1.71 billion (up 76% at constant currencies).

Dada Nexus Ltd. (NASDAQ: DADA) 2.5% HIGHER; Mizuho Securities initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $25.00.

Mosaic (NYSE: MOS) 2.3% HIGHER; BMO Capital upgraded from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $50.00 (from $37.00).

Bausch Health Companies Inc. (NYSE: BHC) 1.9% HIGHER; in connection with its previously announced intention to separate its eye health business, its wholly owned subsidiary, Bausch + Lomb Corporation, has publicly filed a Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the SEC for an IPO.

Walt Disney (NYSE: DIS) 1.8% LOWER; Guggenheim downgraded from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $165 (from $205).

NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) 1.6% HIGHER; Cowen upgraded from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $116.00.

Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) 1.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.38, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of $1.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $20.86 billion versus the consensus estimate of $18.78 billion.

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) 1% HIGHER; will reveal an all-electric concept motorhome developed by the company’s Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at the Florida RV Super Show in Tampa, Florida. The onsite vehicle and display will be augmented by a virtual Facebook event at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.
