Today's Pre-Open Stock Movers:

TAT Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: TATT) 49.6% HIGHER; announced today that its fully owned subsidiary, TAT Piedmont Aviation, and Honeywell International, had entered into a 10-year agreement for an exclusive worldwide Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) rental services for OEM authorized GTCP331-500 engine. This engine is installed in all Boeing 777 aircraft around the world. Under this contract TAT-Piedmont will offer rental services to airlines who are operating Boeing's 777 aircraft and will serve on behalf of Honeywell for any rental of Honeywell GTCP331-500 APUs to all of Honeywell's customers on an exclusive basis.

Change Healthcare (NASDAQ: CHNG) 32.8% HIGHER; Optum, a diversified health services company and part of UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH), and Change Healthcare (NASDAQ: CHNG), a health care technology leader, have agreed to combine. Change Healthcare will join with OptumInsight to provide software and data analytics, technology-enabled services and research, advisory and revenue cycle management offerings to help make health care work better for everyone.

Titan Medical Inc. (Nasdaq: TMDI) 13.8% LOWER; entered into an agreement with Bloom Burton Securities Inc. (the Underwriter) pursuant to which the Underwriter has agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 6,451,613 units of the Company (the Units) at a price of US$1.55 per Unit (the Offering Price) for aggregate gross proceeds of US$10,000,000 (the Offering).

SCYNEXIS (NASDAQ: SCYX) 6.9% HIGHER; Cantor Fitzgerald initiates coverage with an Overweight rating and a price target of $30.00.

Cal-Maine Foods (NASDAQ: CALM) 6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.25, $0.33 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenue for the quarter came in at $347.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $333.5 million.

Greenbrier Cos. (NYSE: GBX) 5.8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.30), $0.23 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $402.99 million versus the consensus estimate of $481.03 million.

NeoGenomics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEO) 5% LOWER; commenced proposed underwritten public offerings of approximately $200,000,000 of newly issued shares of common stock and $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2028.

Neoleukin Therapeutics (NASDAQ: NLTX) 4.2% HIGHER; Stifel initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $18.00.

Myovant Sciences Ltd. (NYSE: MYOV) 3.2% LOWER; Goldman Sachs downgraded from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $30.00.

DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) 3% LOWER; BofA Securities downgraded from Buy to Underperform with a price target of $24.00.
