Immix Biopharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMMX) 78.9% HIGHER; announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted Rare Pediatric Disease (RPD) designation for IMX-110 for the treatment of a life-threatening form of pediatric cancer in children, rhabdomyosarcoma. IMX-110, an investigational product, is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1b/2a clinical trial.

Applied Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: APLT) 25.5% LOWER; provided a regulatory update on the AT-007 Galactosemia program. Following discussions with the FDA at the end of the year, the Company has decided to hold on submitting an NDA for AT-007 for treatment of Galactosemia pending additional discussions with the agency. Although the Galactosemia program had previously been discussed in the context of an NDA for Accelerated Approval based on reduction in galactitol, the FDA has now indicated that clinical outcomes data will likely be required for approval.

iTeos Therapeutics Inc. (NASD: ITOS) 9.9% HIGHER; will replace Magellan Health Inc. (NASD: MGLN) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Wednesday, January 5.

Shares of Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 7.5% HIGHER; delivered better-than-expected Q4 deliveries. Tesla said it delivered 308,600 EV units in the fourth quarter of 2021, which marks a new record-setting quarterly performance. This compares to the Street consensus of 267,000, according to FactSet.

Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (Nasdaq: GILT) 7.4% HIGHER; announced today that one of the worlds largest Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) will deploy 4G cellular backhaul over satellite technology from Gilat.

Kaixin Auto Holding (NASDAQ: KXIN) 5.3% HIGHER; announces today that it has secured commitment of US$20 million strategic investment from multiple investment institutions, of which US$2 million has been funded. The remaining is expected to be funded by the end of first quarter of the year. This is the first round of financing after Kaixin announced its new energy vehicles strategy. The financing will be used in the development and design of new energy trucks for mass production and delivery in the second half of the year.

II-VI, Inc. (NASDAQ: IIVI) 3.7% HIGHER; Raymond James upgraded from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $77.00.

Nu Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NU) 3.2% HIGHER; positive Wall Street coverage.

PayPal (NASDAQ: PYPL) 1.6% HIGHER; BMO Capital upgraded from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $224.00.

Rocket Cos Inc. (NYSE: RKT) 1.4% HIGHER; Wedbush upgraded from Underperform to Neutral with a price target of $14.00.

Marsh & McLennan (NYSE: MMC) 1.2% LOWER; BofA Securities downgraded from Neutral to Underperform with a price target of $168.00.

Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR) 0.7% LOWER; Wolfe Research downgraded from Peerperform to Underperform, PT $621.00 (from $712.00).
