RadioShack Corp. (NYSE: RSH) 16% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.33), $0.17 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.04 billion. Comparable store sales were down 1.6 percent

JBT Corporation (NYSE: JBT) 11% LOWER; warns for Q3. Third quarter revenue is expected to be approximately $205 million, a decline of 11 percent from the prior-year quarter primarily due to shifts in delivery schedules of several orders. The Street sees revs of $236.5 million.

Gentex Corp (NASDAQ: GNTX) 10% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.29, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $268.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $276.6 million. For Q4: "Our estimate for net sales for the fourth quarter of 2012 is approximately flat compared with the fourth quarter of 2011, based on IHS's mid-October 2012 forecast for light vehicle production levels."

Dupont (NYSE: DD) 8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.23, $0.24 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.14 billion. Dupont sees FY2012 EPS of $3.25-3.30, versus the consensus of $3.93

Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE: RF) 8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.22, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Regions expects to consider commencing an underwritten public offering of preferred stock in the near future.

Coach, Inc. (NYSE: COH) 7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.77, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.16 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.16 billion. Also announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $1.5 billion of its outstanding common stock by June 30, 2015.

Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV) 7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.23, $0.23 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.95 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.96 billion. For the fourth quarter, we expect an organic sales growth in the range of 0-2% and flat consolidated sales with an operating margin of around 9%, excluding costs for capacity alignments and the antitrust investigations. The expected organic sales growth is lower than indicated in July primarily due to the accelerated deterioration in European LVP and the tension between Japan and China affecting the Japanese vehicle manufacturers in China.

ARM Holdings plc (Nasdaq: ARMH) 6% HIGHER; reported Q3 earnings of $0.14 per ADS, versus the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $227.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $222.2 million. Commenting on Q4: "ARM enters the final quarter of 2012 with record order backlog and a robust opportunity pipeline."

Western Digital Corporation (NYSE: WDC) 6% LOWER; reported solid first quarter results but sees second-quarter adjusted EPS of $1.65 to $1.85 and revs of $3.55 billion to $3.70 billion. The Street sees EPS of $2.43 and revs of $4.13 billion.

Swift Transportation Co. (NYSE: SWFT) 6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.21, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $871.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $886.7 million.

HealthStream, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSTM) 6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.07, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $26.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $25.49 million. HealthStream anticipates that consolidated revenues for the full-year 2012 will grow by 24 to 26 percent when compared to the full-year 2011. We anticipate revenue growth in the HealthStream Learning segment to be in the 34 to 36 percent range and HealthStream Research’s revenue to increase by approximately one to three percent over the prior year.

Peabody Energy Corp. (NYSE: BTU) 5% LOWER; downgraded at Goldman Sachs

Veeco Instruments, Inc. (NASDAQ: VECO) 4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.24, $0.13 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $126.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $133.55 million. Veeco Instruments, Inc. sees Q4 2012 revenue of $100-115 million, versus the consensus of $132.3 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.04-$0.16, versus the consensus of $0.34

Coherent Inc. (NASDAQ: COHR) 4% HIGHER; added to S&P SmallCap 600

PH Glatfelter Co. (NYSE: GLT) 4% HIGHER; added to S&P SmallCap 600

Yahoo, Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) 3% HIGHER;
reported Q3 EPS of $0.35, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.09 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.08 billion.

Whirlpool Corp. (NYSE: WHR) 3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.80, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $1.60. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.57 billion. Whirlpool Corp. sees FY2012 EPS of $6.90-7.10, versus prior guidance of $6.50-7.00 and the consensus of $6.53

Health Management Associates (NYSE: HMA) 3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.18, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.44 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.64 million. Health Management Associates sees FY2012 EPS of $0.80-0.85, versus prior guidance of $0.80-0.90 and the consensus of $0.85

Wilshire Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: WIBC) 3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.54, $0.31 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23
